Every time's innovation and improvement of technology will always affect the development and progression of human society in various degrees,affect the requirement and cultivation of social talents,and even change the education and teaching.At present,the maturation of information technology and its intensive use has led people entering a period of the globalization of knowledge and economy,and the knowledge innovation of science and technology has become a major factor promoting economic development and social progression.The traditional concepts and methods of talent training that paying attention to "reading,writing and calculating" has been unable to meet the talent requirement in the current social development,which definitely needs an education revolution,especially creating appropriate curriculum and learning ecology to cultivate the talents with core literacy of adapting the future society.Studying the current curriculum and learning,we will find that the intrusion and diffusion of technology in the field of curriculum and its learning areas,especially the information technology,in a certain degree has changed the concepts and goals of curriculum learning,and has offered conveniences and many possibilities for the selection and organization of curriculum learning content,the acquirement and utilization of learning resources,the design and organization of learning activities and the communication and exchange between teachers and students.However,the overall change of curriculum learning ecology has not been realized and the goal of cultivating talents with core literacy has not been reached.Furthermore,we even encounter some practical dilemmas such as learning goals are restricted to one-sided knowledge shielding learning,learning process is confined to routine operations of technology,the between learning subject and its relations,the deficiency of knowledge meaning,and the digestion of human's development meaning,that is,the dissimilation of learning results.Therefore,it is necessary for us to consider that what is the necessary curriculum and its learning ecology adapting the talents training needs in information age and how to reach this ideal?To answer that question,firstly,we need to roundly and deeply analyze the appeal of cultivating talents with core literacy in the curriculum and its learning,discuss the effects and influence of technology diffusion,especially the information technology,on the curriculum and learning' s understanding,modality and operation,and fully survey the curriculum learning's current situation and its existing problems under the circumstance of information technology.And we analyze and think the reasons behind those problems from the aspects of philosophical origins,epistemic logic and practice approach,explore the ideologies and theories such as ecological philosophy,eco-philosophy,the ecology of human development and technological sense which can help to solve the problems and beyond the status quo,forecast,visualize and elucidate the relative curriculum form and operation under the circumstance of information technology from the aspects of implicature and modality,value pursuit and view,and practical requirement,that is,the ecological curriculum,and discuss the learning connotation under the view of ecological curriculum from aspects of why to learn,learning what and how to learn.Secondly,we study and construct the model and theoretical framework of curriculum learning ecology under the circumstance of regulating,optimizing and constructing information technology.That is,based on the establishment of the connotation and extension ecology and learning ecology and the clarification of the internal essence and implicature of curriculum learning ecology,we discuss the possible elements of the curriculum learning ecology under the information technology,and utilize the Delphi method establishing the composing elements of curriculum learning ecology from the aspects of concept,content,pedagogics,circumstance,social interaction,technology,teacher and student.And based on the clarification of elements connotation and relation,we construct the design,optimization and construction of curriculum learning ecology's model from three levels as value guidance,basis support and process reengineering,that is,the theoretical model of curriculum learning ecology optimization under circumstance of information technology.Third,based on the curriculum model of ecological optimization theory in the environment of information technology and the ecological planning theory in the field of ecology,combined with the curriculum and learning design methods,the paper proposes the practical framework,the steps and strategical system of ecological optimization in curriculum learning in order to provide the practical thinking and strategical guidance for ecological optimization of curriculum learning,which include "identifying the goal and purpose of ecological optimization of curriculum learning","focusing on key factors","designing and optimizing of ecological structure of curriculum learning","ecological operation of learning","evaluation,feedback and regulation and other aspects" and"changing 'ought to be'to 'must'".Fourth,in the guidance of curriculum learning ecology optimization theory model and practical framework,the study,putting XX primary school as the practice field,presenting itself as a principle of "adhering to the implementation of the national curriculum standards and embodying relation between the core knowledge and subject,reflecting the characteristics of the school curriculum implementation",systematically integartes the subject content for the curriculum in XX primary school,imposes the practice of ecology optimization of curriculum implementationas and enforcrs the evaluation.The evaluation data analysis found that after ecological optimization,curriculum and learning ecology achieve the integration of learning content,recombination of learning environment,reconstruction of learning process,regeneration of interpersonal relationship of curriculum and redevelopment of curriculum learning culture,which initially lead to the curriculum learning state of "knowledge learning and thoughts developing companions,experience gaining and taste arising remains,symbol acquisition and meaning creation besides","emphasizing the understanding,migration and development of higher-order thinking".Reviewd the practice and put forword countermeasures for the subsequent optimization.In general,this study comprehensively reviews and reexamines the demand of talent cultivatation in information technology and the impact of technology diffusion on curriculum learning's understanding,pattern and operation.The study,as a theoritical bisis of ecological philosophy,learning theory,ecology of human development,the concept of technology,from the meaning and pattern,pursuit of value and picture,practice demands and other aspects to determine and interpret the ecological curriculum view and its implications of learning.On the basis of anaysis the ecological elements and relation,framwork and function of curriculum learning,the study consstructs the ecological theory modal,the practical framework and syrategical system to analyze,control and optimize the curriculum learning,as well as to put it into practice in order to provide thinking framework,practical theory and strategical support for curriculum learning ecology optimization and offer practical example for the the recreation way of curriculum learning.
