The high-quality innovative talents is needed in the society of knowledge and economy, the quality of people’s information literacy determines whether he can obtain, processing, analysis and applicate new knowledge efficiently. The establishment of IT curriculum provides students with the most direct way of enhancing information literacy. But the traditional IT class still follows "lecture- presentation- practice" mode, this kind of teaching mode make students thinking cured, killing students’ imagination and creativity to a certain extent, is a kind of mechanical teaching. Therefore, in order to be able to make the students’ information literacy been improved, the effective resolution strategy for traditional IT class is to reform in all its aspects which makes the technology classroom into a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and presents the ecological characteristics.This study examines the current reality of the IT class, based on the ecological perspective, some of the basic theory of ecological education is applied in IT class. Through class observation, interviews and other research methods, we found some non-ecological phenomenon are currently existing in the ordinary high school IT class, then put forward effective improvement strategies according to the problem, and finally establish an ecological system of IT class.Research shows that: the reality of ordinary high school IT class have the main problem in the following four aspects: 1. Teachers’ strong negative beliefs is not conducive in teaching. 2. Students’ interest in learning IT usually is low. 3. The course contents are many with a limited time, the teachers and students are not able to communicate very well. 4. The large scale of the IT class is not conductive to create a good teaching environment. By building on the high school IT ecological class systems and four issues as the existence of a real class, which made the construction of the ecological system of the four IT class policy dimensions: 1. To build a IT strategy the mainly teachers should pay more attention to training IT teachers in the faith dimension of actively teaching; enhancing effective communication between teachers and the students’ parents of IT among common interest to enhance the students’ information literacy; establishing equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship; in the teaching process, teachers should focus on the effective interaction between students; IT teachers should rational use the IT to support teaching in the teaching process and avoid the universal theory of educational technology; establishing real-time teaching feedback system. 2. The construction strategy of students mainly to stimulate student interest in learning; the establishment of a harmonious fellowship; increasing the group interaction length; to build diverse learning evaluation systems. 3. Building strategies are mainly teaching environment and create a harmonious and ecological physical environment; creating an open network environment. 4. Building materials content strategy mainly IT teachers should be flexible, creative use of IT materials, proper transmission of information culture; reasonable arrangement for the course content. This study on a new perspective to analyze and summarize the current problems existing in the high school IT class, and providing an efficient way to establish the ecological class of high school IT system,which is able to fully implement IT curriculum value in ordinary high school.
