The employment of university students has become a significant factor for the sustainable development of social economy ever since the enrollment of college students was expanded.However,what is the status quo of university students' employment? What are the factors influencing their employment? How to evaluate their employment quality? To solve the above problem will be beneficial to promoting students' employment,improving employment quality and safeguardingthe social stability and sustainableeconomic development.Nevertheless,at present,it has been found that there is a lack of sufficient attention on researches of university students' employment andevaluation and influential factors on students' employment quality have not been revealed.Thus,measures and guarantees of promoting students' employment quality cannot be effectively designed.Therefore,the evaluation indicator for university students' employment quality is developed through theoretical and experimental analysis and such indicator is adopted to conduct experimental research on employment quality,which is expected to test the adaptability in the experimental research of the evaluation indicator of university students' employment developed in this research.Firstly,relevant theory and research of students' employment are reviewed,which laysthe theoretical foundation for this research.Secondly,the status quo of students' employment is revealed through experimental research on the amount,structure and distribution of their employment.Thus,evaluation indicator and approach of employment quality is developed and verified on the basis of status analysis.Thirdly,influential factors on students' employment quality are inspected from multi-dimensions,regression analysis is made through the collection of relevant data and experimental test is conducted on evaluation indicator of students' employment quality.Finally,strategies on promotion of employment quality is put forward and corresponding measures are proposed based on previous researches.To conclude,the intended task is completed,new conclusion is drawn and the existing research results are expanded in this dissertation,which bears practical and guiding significance to university students' employment quality management.The innovative points in this paper are as follows:Firstly,empiricaltest onthe current employment of university students in terms of its total amount,structure,distribution as well as other fields is conducted.Research results show that the obvious change in the current employment of university students is in educational background structure,graduates with their majors in management and liberal arts have difficulty in being hired;girls face greater difficulty in being employed;China real estate,internet industry as well as financial business have showed a good development momentum.And the density of areas where graduates are hired shows the highest in the east followed by the central region and lowest in the west of China.The existing employment researches lack of concerns over the employment of university students,especially in-depth investigation and study on the current university students' employment.In this dissertation,through empirical research and data analysis to investigate the current situation of employment of university students,the main factors affecting the employment of university students are found and the status quo of the employment of university students in China has been revealed thoroughly and deeply.Second,Through developing evaluation indexes of university students' employment quality,the evaluation index systemand methods are established.The results show thaton the basis of the five principles like integrity,quantitative and qualitative analytic methods,subjective and objective,operation and macro as well as micro perspectives,the quality of university Students' employment is evaluated by three first level index,including stability and fairness,safety and health,and rewards and promotion(nine second level indexes under first level indexes;thirteen third level indexes under the second level indexes),and the weight of each indexes aboveis different.Lacking of researches on the evaluation of the quality of employment for university studentsseriously hinders the development of the theory to improve the quality of employment of university students.Through the multi-dimensional analysis,systemic function design,principlesestablishment,index selection,steps of index weight determination,literature analysis,combined with the improved fuzzy AHP methods,expert scoring methods and empirical research methods,the evaluation indexes of University Students' employment quality and evaluation methods have been established and thus an effective research tool for the study of the employment quality of university students has been provided,Thirdly,factors affecting university students employment quality based on the empirical test of the evaluation indexes in this research are identified and analyzed.By muulti-dimensionally identifying and analyzing the factors affecting university students' employment quality,it finds thatuniversity students have higher and irrational expectation towards employment;there is disproportional structure and irrational choices in their employment ect..Thus,first,from the perspective of students,these problems are closely relevant with university students' tendency in employment,employment psychological quality and career planning ability etc..Second,from the perspective of working units and companies,the cognitive differences between university students and working units produce conflicts between them as well.Third,from the perspective of universities and colleges,the weak points of higher education system also lead to the fact that the already set majors can't in timely respond to the changes in the job market;the talents training modes of higher education falls behind the times;talents quality separates with the demand from the job market;universities and colleges do not offer efficient guidance in students' employment to adapt the social development so that there is unbalance between number of graduates from universities and colleges and demand from the job market.Forth,from the perspective of government,employment policy serving system and employment marketing supervising system need to be bettered,and measures should be adopted to enlarge employment.As previous researches lack of attention on factors affecting the quality of university students employment,by theoretical researches of this problem,this dissertation solves this problem in order to further develop the research theories of employment.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research,effective strategies to improve university students' employment quality are put forward and safeguard measures for implementation of those strategies are also proposed from various aspects,which is of great significance to improve university students employment quality in China,especially in term of management practice.
