The value orientation of teaching,namely the standard value of teaching,is the most important value in teaching activities.It is the basic tendencies of teaching firms holding various teaching offices based on teaching values in teaching activities.In this study,four primary school teachers in F primary school are taken as the research object to explore their teaching value orientation in Chinese Subject teaching.The research adopts qualitative research orientation,case study strategy,interviews,document analysis and other methods to collect field research data,and describes and analyzes four super grade teachers' teaching events,lesson plans,teaching records,teaching papers,lecture lectures,etc.The study presents the four teachers' practice pattern in their teaching,using multiple data to summarize and reveal their Chinese Subject teaching value orientations,analyzing and interpretingthe influencing factors of its formation and development.The four teachers' practice pattern in their teaching is mainly about the exploration of literacy teaching,the reform of reading teaching and the attempt of composition teaching,and its formation process has strong practicality.Through research,it is found that Chinese teachers in primary school practice “human”-oriented teaching,adopt “bi-fundamental” as their teaching basis,focus on the cultivation of students' minds,start with the systematicness of Chinese subject and emphasis on the usage of Chinese language.The factors that influence the formation and development of the teaching value orientation of primary school Chinese Subject teachers are mainly the guidance of the times,the shaping of the school environment and the gestalt of personal accomplishment.Once the primary language teachers' teaching value orientation is formed,it will also play a great role in promoting the development of the subject teaching knowledge of the primary school language teachers.First,can promote the development of primary school language teachers pedagogical content knowledge development;second,has a role in promoting the development of knowledge teaching method of Chinese Subject teachers in primary school;third,has a role in promoting the development of primary school language teachers' knowledge;fourth,has a role in promoting the development of Teachers of primary school Chinese situational knowledge.This study has combed the classic example of the professional growth of four primary school teachers in F primary school,and explores the value orientation of the language teaching.It is expected to promote the construction of the theoretical system of primary school language teaching and promote the transformation of primary school language teachers' educational research paradigm.This is also a “salvaging” study of Chinese Subject teaching in primary schools in 80 s and 90 s twentieth Century,which can shape the real images of Chinese Subject teaching research during that special era.
