| As our country's political economy has grown,so has the population ageing's weakness.In the face of this problem,many scholars put forward the idea of active aging,that is,to encourage the retirees to find another job in order to alleviate the problem of the shortage of labor force in the future.For the vast majority of retired cadres,the possibility of re-employment to stay in the original position is not big,as from the original position of retirement,some of their rights and obligations will be interrupted.This makes them in the process of re-employment,because of the different nature of the work,the position of the rights of the different make them work in the face of difficulties,difficult to integrate and adapt to re-employment after the work.Based on this,the author applies the professional theory of social work that he has learned,strictly adopts the method of case work,and takes the background of the study of the problem of the retired Cadre C's inadaptability in the process of re-employment,in-depth analysis of retired cadres in the re-employment of the problems encountered by the maladjustment,analysis of the causes of the problem.According to the problem of case owner C,the author provided 6 case services for him,to solve the emotional problems caused by the re-employment,the family's lack of support during the re-employment process,to restore the ability of the 3 cases to fear social interaction due to re-employment,to tap the potential of the cases,and to help the cases to develop a learning plan for the adaptation work.Finally,through the self-evaluation and the author's observation,we found that the adaptability of the case-owners to re-employment has been greatly improved.Through the author's intervention and thinking,this paper draws the relevant conclusions:social work has a significant effect on solving the problem of re-employment adaptability of retired cadres,social workers should use their own professional skills to help retired cadres better adapt to re-employment work,and in the process of intervention,they should pay attention to the family environment of retired cadres and re-employment work environment,the focus on obtaining support from both sides,so that retired cadres re-employment without any worries.In providing specific services,social workers should try their best to bring into play the subjective initiative of retired cadres and encourage case owners to make changes themselves so as to better adapt to the new work and bring their own maximum value into play.In the course of this intervention,the resources of the social community that the author links for the main case are less.In the future service,social workers should bear in mind thatthey are not only service providers,supporters,advocates,but also resource connectors,should learn to make full use of resources actively. |
