Primary school education is the important stage of compulsory education,and urban and rural integration of primary school is the weak area,primary school education in urban and rural areas in combination with regional geography school facilities of the environmental education resources in urban elementary school has a certain gap,the gap between the objective conditions led to a more professional teacher in charge work put forward higher requirements.The current situation and existing problems of the professional development of primary schools in the urban-rural integration are as follows: different head teachers have different understanding of the professional development of head teachers;Most of the head teachers understand the basic professional knowledge,but the continuing education online courses organized by the education bureau have little effect.Most class teachers do not have the concept of lifelong learning;On the basis of practice,most of the surveyed class teachers have basic professional ability of class teachers.The main reason why the home-school communication has become a prominent difficulty for class teachers to work in primary schools in the urban-rural integration department is the internal factors of class teachers,the lack of life-long education concept and job burnout.The influence of the school system on the professionalization of the teacher in charge of the primary school.In order to solve the above problems,the main solution is to enhance the level of urban-rural fringe primary school class teacher specialization strategy,first of all,establish an effective access system of the teacher in charge is given priority to with voluntary teachers,combined with the new teachers to obedience school served as deputy head teacher,and balancing the teacher in charge and deputy head teacher workload ideally have full-time teacher in charge next to strengthen the construction of training system of school-based training and continuing education,the combination of network adjustment to continue education network curriculum system Finally,it is to improve the treatment of the head teacher,set up an effective evaluation system for the work of the head teacher,can objectively evaluate the work of the head teacher,fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of the head teacher.
