The second way is to investigate:in the forms of interview, telephone or Email, I consult much materials aboutpostgraduate training scheme and personnel training plan of many P.E universities. AndI consult many experts about the current situation and the problems of postgraduatetraining model. At the same time, I learn the real problems in the process ofpostgraduate training through the questionnaire survey. The third way is to study themodel: select index antetype, analyze components elements, sum up the basiccharacteristics, classifies reasonably, and gives a brief expression. Fully constructpostgraduate training model by studying the model. The third way is comprehensiveanalysis: under multiple perspective, I fully analyze the problems and causes ofpostgraduate training model from the social ype economy, school education andpersonnel training, and then I form a clear, systematic understanding of theory andpractice. At last I construct professional and feasible postgraduate training model.Research results: diversification under the background of university graduate studenteducation is of great significance, the first school to accurately, determined inaccordance with the training task universities different hierarchical structure, collegesand universities can be roughly divided into six types, colleges and universities in Chinacan be divided into research, research, teaching, teaching research, teaching and so onfour kind of types; Followed by graduate cultivation model is divided into research,applied and comprehensive, different type has different training goal and trainingprocess.
