| Objective: To construct an evaluation index system for the professional practice ability of sports human science,so as to help colleges and universities optimize the training program of this professional talent,comprehensively improve the quality of professional talent training,and improve the practical ability of students.Methods: Through the study and analysis of the sports human body science professional training programs of Beijing Sport University and Shanghai Sport University,and interviews with professional classroom teachers and relevant enterprise leaders of different universities,the evaluation index of sports human science professional practice ability was preliminarily constructed.Fifteen experts were invited from 14 universities with sports human science majors to conduct Delphi questionnaire surveys,screen,modify and increase the indicators,and determine the evaluation indicators of sports human science professional practice ability.Then,the combination of analytic hierarchy method and entropy method empowerment method was used to determine the index weight,and finally formed the evaluation index system of professional practice ability of sports human science.Finally,students in a junior class of Nanjing Institute of Physical Education were selected as test subjects for practical skills testing,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the comprehensive score of students’ practical ability.Results:(1)According to the hierarchy theory,the evaluation index system of professional practice ability of sports human body science includes three levels,among which the general factor is the first-level index,the large factor group is the second-level index,and the small factor group is the third-level index.(2)The expert enthusiasm of the Delphi method is 100%,the expert authority coefficient is > 0.8,and the expert opinions of the two rounds of questionnaires have high consistency.Based on expert opinions,4first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators were finally screened.(3)The weights of the first-level indicators were calculated from high to low by the combined empowerment method,which were problem handling ability(0.3580),physical education teaching ability(0.3138),sports management ability(0.2209),and sports scientific research ability(0.1073);the second-level indicators with higher weights were sports guidance ability(0.1653)and teaching ability(0.1485),and the third-level indicators were dietary matching(0.0616)and action demonstration ability(0.0370).(4)Empirical research was carried out using the constructed index system,and the overall score of the test subjects was 85.35 points,and the evaluation results were good.Conclusion: The evaluation index system of professional practice ability of sports human body science includes four first-level indicators: physical education ability,problem solving ability,sports management ability and sports scientific research ability.15 secondary indicators such as exercise guidance ability and sports protection ability;There are 59 three-level indicators such as action demonstration and teaching and explanation ability.The index system is based on the common practical ability of sports human body science majors,and has the characteristics of multi-dimensional,combinable operation,and clear weight,which can be applied through professional practice ability competitions and other ways. |
