Preschool education is the starting point of the national education system and the foundation of a country.Preschool education is also an important public welfare undertaking.Preschool education is not only related to individual development,but also to the future of the whole country.After the Second World War,the importance of preschool education has become more and more prominent,and countries around the world have begun to pay attention to preschool education.In recent years,studies on preschool education have shown that preschool teachers are the key factors for children's growth and development.In order to create the most suitable educational environment for children,we must pay attention to the training of preschool teachers,especially in the pre-service training stage.After World War ?,with a series of teacher education reforms,the United States innovated the pre-service training of pre-school teachers and promoted the rapid development of pre-school education.Therefore,this study mainly studies the preservice training of American pre-school teachers after World War II.Taking time as a clue,this paper combs the historical development of pre-school teacher training in the United States after World War II,and introduces the training institutions,training objects and training courses of pre-school teacher training in the United States.Through the research on the development and reform of pre-service training of American preschool teachers after World War II,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons,so as to give some inspiration to pre-service training of Chinese pre-school teachers.
