| In recent years,core literacy has been placed in the primary position of deepening curriculum reform and fulfilling the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.It has become an important basis for developing talent training standards,revising curriculum standards and reforming teaching evaluation standards." Core Literacy for Chinese Students’ Development " provides a direction for the formation of teachers’ core literacy.Cultivating and improving teachers’ core quality is an important guarantee to realize the construction of core quality system,and also a key force to promote China’s education reform and development.With the deepening of teacher education reform in China,the reform of excellent primary school teacher training has become a hot topic in the field of teacher education in China.Along with the further reform of teacher education,the especially in 2014 and 2018,the ministry of education issued "the opinion about the implementation of outstanding teacher training plan" and the 2.0 file,teacher education in the theory and practice of our country has exposed many problems,these problems in the aspect of theory and practice seriously restricts the excellent primary school teacher team construction,also a direct impact on students’ literacy "landing" core results..Pre-service training of excellent primary school teachers is the theoretical and practical need of teachers’ professional development.Only by constructing the core literacy system of outstanding primary school teachers,cultivating outstanding primary school teachers based on core literacy,defining the training objectives,and improving the training program,setting up the curriculum of primary school teacher education scientifically,reducing and eliminating the blindness and randomness of pre-service teacher training,can the quality of primary school teacher training be effectively improved.Therefore,it is urgent to study and construct the core literacy system of outstanding primary school teachers in line with China’s national conditions and realistic needs.Firstly,through literature review,the dimensions of core literacy of excellent primary school teachers are sorted out and summarized,which lays a good foundation for the preliminary construction of this system.From the perspective of teacher professional development theory,this paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of pre-service training of excellent primary school teachers based on core literacy.Secondly,it carries out a wide range of empirical research and analysis.Obtaining the expectations and opinions of pre-service teachers and students on core literacy of excellent primary school teachers through focus interviews.Based on the interview results,combined with literature and relevant policies,the selection of core literacy dimensions and the preliminary screening of specific indicators for outstanding primary school teachers are carried out,and a questionnaire is designed.On this basis,through questionnaires to understand the selection of specific indicators of primary school teachers’ core literacy by outstanding primary school teachers who have received honorary titles above the municipal level,select the core literacy indicators with higher frequency of selection,and preliminarily construct the core literacy system of outstanding primary school teachers.Thirdly,according to the principles of epochality,uniqueness and excellence,after adjusting the specific indicators of the core literacy system of outstanding primary school teachers,we construct the core literacy system of outstanding primary school teachers,which includes two dimensions,seven secondary indicators and 17 tertiary indicators,of teachers’ character and ability.Finally,on the basis of the core literacy system of the excellent primary school teachers constructed in the previous article,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the pre-service training of excellent primary school teachers based on core literacy,and believes that pre-employment training based on the core literacy system of excellent primary school teachers should be reconstructed based on excellent primary school teachers.The core literacy training objectives,the development of a curriculum system based on the core literacy of excellent primary school teachers,the implementation of teaching reform based on the core literacy of excellent primary school teachers,and the exploration of the core literacy of excellent primary school teachers. |
