Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Competitiveness Of Competitive Speed Skating In China

Competitive speed skating is the traditional basic event of the Winter Olympic Games,and it is also the earliest ice event in China.In the new era,the development of competitive speed skating is a strategic need of China's sports power,and the wish of Beijing Winter Olympics.However,at present,speed skating in China is showing a slow trend of progress.A scientific and comprehensive evaluation system is urgently needed as a support to help it find the construction fulcrum under the premise of self-diagnosis.Therefore,this paper selects competitiveness to carry out evaluation research,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for faster improvement of the competitive strength of speed skating in China.By using the methods of documentation,investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the evaluation index system of competitiveness of competitive speed skating in China as the object,designs the evaluation model based on the analysis of the performance and causes of competitiveness at home and abroad,constructs the evaluation index system,and carries out an empirical study on the evaluation index system.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The competitive speed skating competitiveness of the world is characterized by all-round and multi-level development.The overall advantages of Europe are obvious.The dominant events in the Americas and Asia have their own characteristics.China has shown its strength in short distance events of competitive speed skating.In the process of development,relying on various aspects of construction,it has formed dominant events.(2)The competitive speed skating competitiveness evaluation model in China is composed of fifteen factors.They are the three performance factors of competitive strength,growth speed and successive potential,the twelve forming factors of capacity of national system building,first-line talent support,core venues and capitalinput,science and technology tackling key problems,event planning,policy sustain,reserve talent support,basic venues and capital investment,scientific research service,international discourse power,school speed skating foundation and skating industry boost.(3)The evaluation index system of China's competitive speed skating of competitiveness includes the system of identification index and the system of diagnosis index.The identification index system consists of performance elements,including 3 first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators.The main recognition of China's competitive speed skating level;The diagnostic index system consists of forming elements,including 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 43third-level indicators.The main diagnosis is core competitiveness,basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness of competitive speed skating in China.(4)The construction of competitive speed skating's competitiveness evaluation index system in China has theoretical guiding value.It can reflect the overall competitiveness of China's speed skating,and it has been proved by practice that it has good application prospects.At present,the event planning power and other seven sections have been well constructed,and they have played active roles in promoting the development of competitive speed skating.There are four sections,such as science and technology,are still lacking and need to be further strengthened and improved.
