Research On Evaluation Index Of International Competitiveness Of Competitive Sports

With the trend of world multi-polarization, international competitiveness has attracted many attentions of many countries around the world, competitive sports, as an important part of the international competitiveness, also draw people’s attention. Although Chinese competitive sports back to the world stage and improved fast since the early 1980 s, in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games we achieved historic breakthrough for we won the first place in golden medal, but behind the brilliant "achievement", some issues such as “the real position of China the world competitive sports ", "Is China a big competitive sports country or a great competitive sports country", "Chinese competitiveness in the world of competitive sports","evaluation standard for international competitiveness of competitive sports" were brought to us, how to make a scientific evaluation for the international competitiveness of competitive sports of a country more just and reasonable becomes a research hot spot to experts and scholars and it’s also the focus of experts and scholars should continue to explore future.In this topic, the international competitiveness of competitive sports evaluation index as the research object, using literature data, experts investigation, mathematical statistics,mathematical analysis and comparative analysis and other methods, research the international competitiveness of competitive sports and the establishment of evaluation index, preliminary According to the index, improve the weighing values for assessment index of analytic hierarchy process(ahp) method established by Satty, establish the international competitiveness evaluation index system of competitive sports, and from the number reach the standard, the exact number of participant,golden medal,medal and former eight, analysis evaluation system empirically, in order to provide suggestions for the development of Chinese competitive sports international competitiveness. Here are the results of the study:1.The evaluation index including sports human resources, policy and social insurance,sports facilities, the degree of social concern, science and technology service ability and the characteristics of sports development six primary indexs.2.Sports human resources including the different level athletes, coaches, referees and staff four secondary indicators; Policy and social security level indicators including regulations and policies of the development of competitive sports and competitive sports under the economic security of two secondary headings; Sports facilities under the primary index including professional training venues have situation, competition venues have situation and school sports location facility is equipped with three secondary title; Level under the title of the degree of social concern, including society, media and publicity, and the involvement of youth sports training and parents for children to engage in sports training support three secondary title; Service ability of science and technology under the heading level includingsports facilities equipped with situation, the sports science and technology service of science and technology policy support and sports science research service situation three secondary headings; Sports development characteristics, including the world under the heading level comprehensive competition, individual competition and intercontinental competition athletes to participate in international competition and competitive performance, different levels youth athletes involved in situation and competitive performance and international influence big project development and sports professionalization 6 secondary headings.3.21 secondary headings in total, and matching the 56 third-level indicators of evaluation index system, and through the paired comparison matrix and consistency check method to determine the index weight, eventually formed contains the weight coefficient of complete international competitiveness evaluation index system of competitive sports.4.Comprehensive analysis shows that, the first level indexes ranking from high to low is sports human resources(0.2971), policy and social insurance(0.2971), science and technology service ability(0.1400),sports facilities(0.1259), the characteristics of sports development the(0.1257)、degree of social concern(0.1183).5.It is concluded that the overall level of competitive sports,USA is ranked first in the world, then comes China and Russia, UK and South Korea are the fourth,and fifth.
