| County urbanization is the hot research issues of city geography in the current,and county urbanization is one of the most basic part of urbanization system;with the new urbanization strategy in China,county urbanization is increasingly becoming the key base and important carrier of new urbanization.Anhui province in central China belongs to the less developed area,reflected in county urbanization degree,mode and mechanism,as well as particularity.Studying the county urbanization development rule of the less developed area of central China has a certain theoretical value and practical significance during the transitional period.This paper bases on the essential connotation of county urbanization,constructs the measuring theory formula of county urbanization,and measures the level of county urbanization development in Anhui since 1978.The paper comprehensively uses the HP filter method,GM(1,1)model,development difference index,ESDA model and gravity model to analyze county urbanization spatial-temporal pattern differentiation of Anhui since 1978.The paper analyzes the influence mechanism of county urbanization development;and summarizes integrated drive mechanism of county urbanization development in Anhui during the transitional period.Based on it,this paper puts forward the regulation policy suggestions.The study closely around connotation definition,system building,comprehensive assessment,spatial-temporal differentiation,influence mechanism and control strategy;the research core is spatial-temporal differentiation and influence mechanism of county urbanization,the paper focus on exploring factors influence spatial-temporal scale effect of county urbanization development in Anhui from 1978 to 2014.This study main structure is divided into three parts:(1)basic theory research,mainly including the chapter one,chapters two and chapters there;(2)empirical cases research,mainly including the chapter four,chapter five and chapter six;(3)promotion and application research,including chapter seven and chapter eight.This paper bases on the core theory framework of county urbanization,integrates a variety of spatial analysis and measurement technology;trying to break through research methods of county urbanization.The main conclusions include: county urbanization is affected by multiple factors,such as environment,population,industry and system,the evolution of county urbanization development is periodic.Different stages of county urbanization development characteristics and spatial pattern is differentiation,and the development of the driving factors and the influence mechanism is not the same.On the average,with industry evolution,migration of farms,institutional change and the urbanization process of spatial-temporal,the paper builds up the core theoretical framework of county urbanization research.The county urbanization of Anhui generally presented ascending trend from 1978 to 2014,and showed some differences;there was also a significant “periodic” characteristics.County urbanization development level and speed overall showed: Southern Anhui>Middle Anhui>Northern Anhui,and the difference of county urbanization in three region showed a trend of increase from south to north.Industry and service leading county urbanization level were higher than the agriculture leading county urbanization.County urbanization of Anhui will on the over rise in the next 10 years,still in the primary stage of “S” urbanization curve.The regional development difference of county urbanization showed an expanding trend,contribution rate of internal difference of Middle Anhui and Northern Anhui showed a trend of increase.The county urbanization on global presented spatial autocorrelation from 1978 to 2014;local H-H concentration distributed in “Hefei-Wuhu-Maanshan”,and L-L concentration distributied in “Fuyang-Bozhou-Suzhou”.During the transitional period,county urbanization gravity located in the east longitude 117.58 ~ 118.05 and north latitude 31.78 ~ 31.24,mainly spatial distributed counties of Hefei and Wuhu city,the center of gravity moved to southeast direction.County urbanization was a complex man-earth relationship dynamics process;it was comprehensive influence of many factors such as institutional change,economic growth,industry evolution and migration of farmers.Institutional change was the core power of county urbanization development,economic growth was the basic power of county urbanization development,industry evolution was the fundamental power of county urbanization development,and migration of farmers was the main power of county urbanization development.Four powers formed the comprehensive mechanism of county urbanization development in Anhui since 1978.Combined with the feature of Anhui county urbanization development stages and the differences,this paper built up five kinds of typical county urbanization model: modern agriculture leading,new industry leading,special resource-based,urban fringe leading,green ecological leading.At last,this paper put forward the four policy guidance: planning scientifically county system,promoting agricultural population orderly transfer,upgrading industrial structure,and innovating system of county development.The innovation points of the paper were as follows:(1)based on carding domestic and foreign related literatures,the paper put forward the theoretical system of county urbanization,and built up the basic framework county urbanization about spatial-temporal differentiation research;(2)considering the dynamic mechanism research of county urbanization was insufficient,from the macro,meso and micro perspectives,this paper constructed comprehensive framework of county urbanization development influence mechanism;(3)based on the connotation of new urbanization,combined with the feature of county in Anhui,the paper reconstructed the typical county urbanization model of classification regulation;under different targets,the paper put forward path strategy and policy guidance of county urbanization. |
