The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Passion On Entrepreneurship Success

As putting forward the idea of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the number of new ventures in China has increased significantly.New businesses have become an important driving force for China's economic growth.According to the "Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2017",Chinese entrepreneurial activities are more active,higher than most countries to drive innovation,the number of registered new enterprises more than 10 million 600 thousand,the annual registration number grew to 15.8% between 40.9%.Although China's entrepreneurial activity index is relatively high,the rate of entrepreneurial success is very low.The rate of entrepreneurial success in 2017 is less than 2%.How to achieve entrepreneurial success has become an important research topic in academia.Among the many factors that affect the entrepreneurial success,the role of entrepreneurial passion and grit is particularly prominent.Entrepreneurial passion leads entrepreneurs to identify with their careers.They will invest more money and energy into their careers,and strive to achieve business success.Grit can predict success in many fields such as interdisciplinary and cross occupations.In order to further clarify the relationship,this paper also introduces environmental uncertainty as a regulating variable to study the interaction between persistence and environmental uncertainty on entrepreneurial success.This paper takes the venture enterprise as the research object,the research literature on entrepreneurial passion,grit,environmental uncertainty and entrepreneurial success based on the investigation of relationship between four variables,constructed the model,and put forward the hypothesis,this paper uses the method of literature study and empirical study to analyze the relationship between the four variables.In this paper,entrepreneurial success is measured by financial performance and non-financial performance,entrepreneurial passion is measured by creative passion,founded passion and develops passion;environmental uncertainty is surveyed by from three aspects of complexity,dynamic and hostile.By descriptive analysis,through SPSS to collect the data reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify research hypothesis proposed in this paper: first,to verify entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship success;secondly,to verify the entrepreneurial passion has positive effects on grit;again,verify the grit will have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial success and two dimensions of entrepreneurial success;then,to verify the grit plays an intermediary role in Entrepreneurial passion and success;finally,the results show that the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty on grit and entrepreneurial success is not significant.The research results in this paper will help enrich the theory of entrepreneurial management,and improve and complement the relationship between entrepreneurial passion,grit,environmental uncertainty and entrepreneurial success.This research helps entrepreneurs to further understand the impact of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial success,understand the importance of entrepreneurial passion and grit to entrepreneurial success,and enable entrepreneurs to focus on the cultivation of passion,so that they can persist in Entrepreneurship when facing difficulties and setbacks,and ultimately achieve business success.
