Study On Evaluation Of Collaborative Innovation Ability In Strategic Emerging Industry

Facing with the big wave of global resources allocation and international industrial form, cultivating and developing emerging industries has become the important means to take the commanding heights of science and technology of the world’s governments. Facing the complicated international situation, China need to fulfill the innovation-driven strategy, and cultivate strategic emerging industries for the sake of dealing with the adjustment of industrial structure and maintaining a steady economic growth. The development experiences of developed countries show that the innovation of technology and the development of emerging industries can often lead to the new economic growth point, which can promote the economy to enter into a new prosperous period. Strategic emerging industries are a deep integration of the emerging technology and emerging industries, which regard scientific and technological innovation as soul. It is global pillar industries which meet the market requirement.Based on the systematic analysis of the industry collaborative innovation concepts、objectives、characteristics and conditions, the study do a lot of things. First, it summarizes industrial innovation system model. The second, it proposes strategic emerging industries connotation and characteristics of co-evolution. At last, it builds the collaborative innovational capability conceptual model of strategic emerging industries. Through the comprehensive study of the analysis of influencing factors, it establishes a collaborative innovation capability and evaluation index system which is made up by the innovation subject, innovation environment, innovation resource and innovation performance. Using AHP and the delphi method, it determines the weight of the index system of science. Choosing green lighting industry to empirical research of Jiangxi province, the study evaluates the innovation capability by using the additive synthesis method and PCA. In order to promote strategic emerging industries synergy innovation ability, the study gives suggestions in the end, for instance, speeding up the cultivation and improvement of collaborative innovation core system or establishing the collaborative innovation support system.
