The development of industrial green transformation is the inevitable choice of the transformation and upgrading of China's industries.Under the background of the economic new normal,exploring the relationship between energy prices and technological progress,and promoting technological advances to facilitate industrial green transformation and sustainable development through the reform of energy price system,is such a research subject with great theoretical value as well as practical significance.At present,there are many problems that need to be solved urgently in energy prices and technological progress,especially the lack of incentives for technological progress caused by the distortion of energy price,and obvious restriction on the development of industrial green transformation.Insisting on the problem-oriented and focusing on China's industry business,this paper studies the influence of energy price and technological progress and its interaction effect on the development of industrial green transformation,with a view to finding more reasonable path of technological innovation for industrial green transformation and upgrading of our country,while the development of industrial green transformation is divided into two aspects of energy saving & emission reduction and industrial green growth transformation.Firstly,this paper divides the technological progress into embodied technological progress and non-embodied technological progress,and constructs a test model including energy price,embodiment technological progress,non-embodiment technological progress,energy saving and emission reduction and analyzes the moderating effect of energy price and heterogeneous technolog ical progress on energy saving and emission reduction.The results show that the increase in energy price can significantly reduce energy consumption per unit of output and pollutant emissions;the moderate increase in energy price can help promote the embodied technological advancement,work together to save energy and reduce emissions,and restrain energy consumption and pollution emissions;energy prices rising has no obvious effect on the promotion of non-embodied technological advancement,and thus has not effectively restrained energy consumption and pollution emissions.The moderating effects of energy prices,embodied technological advancements and non-embodied technological advancements on energy conservation and emission reductions vary differently in different industries.Regardless of whethe r it is heavy industry or light industry,the increase in energy prices can fully exert the moderating effects of energy conservation and emission reduction through the implementation of exemplifying technology;the non-embodied technology in the heavy industry has a significant inhibitory effect on energy consumption,but this inhibition effect is not obvious in the light industry.The non-embodied technological advancements of light and heavy industry have no significant emission reduction effect.Secondly,considering the factors of energy consumption and environmental pollution,this paper expands the technological progress into green technological progress,and distinguishes the energy prices effectively,which are classified into the highest sequence,the ascending sequence and the descending sequence,and then examines the asymmetric effect of energy price on energy saving and emission reduction through green technology innovation.The study shows that energy shadow price is beneficial to promote energy saving and emission reduction,but the different decomposition forms of energy shadow price have heterogeneity and asymmetry to the energy saving and emission reduction.The highest sequence and the ascending sequence of the energy shadow price are conducive to reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution,but the descending sequence of the energy price is not conducive to energy saving and emission reduction.Energy shadow price can reduce energy consumption and pollution by encouraging green technology innovation.The synergistic effect of the highest sequence and the ascending sequence of the energy shadow price and green technology innovation is beneficial to energy saving and emission reduction.But the falling of shadow energy prices is not conducive to green technology research and development.The effect of relative price of energy on energy saving and emission reduction is not significant,and the research and development of green technology of enterprises cannot be effectively motivated.The defect of non-market pricing mechanism is reflected.The relative price of energy is not conducive to green technology innovation,but instead increases energy consumption and environmental pollution.Thirdly,how to guide enterprises to use energy-directed technological progress is the key to promote the development of industrial green transformation at present.This paper further expands the research perspective to directed technological progress to examine the heterogeneous effects of different industry types;different factors input bias,different competitive conditions on the transformation of industrial green growth,and probes into the threshold conditions for the influence of biased technological progress on the transformation of industrial green growth.Research shows that the elements of technology progress display some energy saving features.One is that technological advances tend to save energy in the comparison of energy and capital,the use of capital;the other one is technological progress is in favor of saving labor and the use of energy in the comparison of energy and labor.Besides,only in the light industry,the increase in energy price can promote the industrial green transformation through the improvement of biased technological progress,and the indirect effect of energy price in industry and heavy industry is not significant.Moreover,the direct and indirect effects of energy price can significantly promote the green transformation of industry only when the factor input is biased towards energy conservation.Biased technological progress is also conducive to the promotion of green industrial transformation;however,when the factor input is inclined to save capital or labor,the indirect effect of energy price and the promotion effect of biased technological progress on the green transformation of industry are not significant.What's more,energy directed technological progress has evident impact of energy price on green industrial growth transformation,the structure of propert y rights and environmental regulation threshold,only when the energy price and the intensity of environmental regulation exceed a certain threshold and the nationalization ratio is lower than a certain threshold,the incentive of energy price increase on biased technological progress can significantly contributes to the transformation of industrial green growth.Finally,due to the distortion of energy price existing in price control,the reaction time lag of green technological innovation on energy price change is prolonged,which has adverse effect on the transformation of industrial green growth.Considering the negative impact of energy price distortions,this paper examines how technological innovation models play an intermediary role in the interplay between energy price distortions and green technological innovation.The study of energy price distortion,technological innovation mode selection and industrial green growth transformation shows that negative energy price distortion is not conducive to promote industrial green growth transition.The deeper the negative distortion of energy price in heavy industry,the higher the proportion of technology import,and the greater the negative effect on the green transformation of industry.Under different competitive conditions,the indirect effect of energy price distortion on the transformation of industrial green growth through technological innovation mode has great difference.The higher the administrative monopoly,the more inclined to introduce foreign technology.The negative effects of energy price distortions on the transformation of industrial green growth are greater.
