Research On The Historical Formation Mechanism Of Chinese Economic Growth Transformation In Long Run

The performance of China' economy,in a long term,carries out along a logic and great transformation of decline and recovery.It is a result of many successions and transformations of normal.In order to analyze a deep reason,which may lead to the decline and recovery of Chinese economy,an analytical method combined historical perspectives with logical capacity is quite necessary.Researches should be carried out based on a view of history,systematic perspective and a view of evolution.Thinking along with this route,this thesis will split the growth of Chinese economy in historical evolution into four phases.Firstly,the growth transformation from agricultural economy to early industrial economy;secondly,the growth from modern market economy to planned economy;thirdly,growth from planned economy to socialist market economy;fourthly,the growth from a high-speed quantitative economy to a relatively high-speed quality economy.After rethinking about the existing research results,the thesis has constructed a theoretical frame of “institutional changes-technical progress-structural conversion”.The thesis will focus on analyze three great growth transformation processes: how do these transformations happened under a specific historical condition;how these transformations grow from decline to prosperity.From the perspective of value judgment,the thesis clarifies the periodical evolution of the growth transformation of Chinese economy and the heteriza--tion,inevitability and inseparability of the growing path.To be specific: firstly,under a comparison between western countries and eastern countries,it is the systematic differentiation,differentiation of science and technology and economic shunt that lead Chinese economy to grow from agricultural economy to early industrial economy.It is an inevitable result of time warp and path choice.Secondly,the key to understand the restart and recovery of Chinese economy is to regard the planned economy as a necessary stage rather than a comprehensively promoting phase.There is no doubt that under a historical join force of“institutional changes-technical progress-structural conversion”,the planned economy has evoked a growth effect in a short time.However,the planned economy also has a historical limitation.During the process of “growth,collapse and transformation”,an unbalanced,closed choice may have a negative effect on economic growth.Thirdly,to understand the prosperity of Chinese economy,two aspects should be taken into consideration.One is how can China make such an economic wonder.When confronted with opportunities brought by the Reform and Opening-up Policy,how the economic growth transformation was formed.The other is how can Chinese economy continue its prosperity.We should rethink how the new normal is formed and what the new normal will bring to us.During the period of historical succession,what logical relationship should be inherited to input new power for Chinese economy to step into a new era of quality development?The thesis,on one hand,tries to illustrate the development of Chinese economy.On the other hand,based on a dynamic and historical comparison,and the summary of experience,the thesis shows a new direction of economic growth transformation of such an ancient country in a new era.According to related researches,the three great growth transformations describe that the development of Chinese economy is inflectional,evolutionary and inseparable.The total performance is always spiraling and the internal motivation of quality development is always accumulating.Secondly,the confidence of China to write a new chapter of economic growth is based on two perspectives.One is from the rethinking of historical experience,and the capacity to recognize new contradictions.The other is from the multi-confidence brought by new development opportunities.To be specify,it is the confidence of current system,the confidence of technical innovation,and the confidence of structure optimization that reasonably indicate the internal logic of growth transformation.We should use growth transformation to improve the quality and efficiency,insist on reform and innovation and overall opening.Based on this deep practice of economic growth transformation,a new enlightenment and guide could be found to help Chinese economy to realize prosperity.Thirdly,if Chinese economy wants to realize renaissance in a new era,it should take many features into consideration,such as industrialization,globalization,modernization,and sequential conversion of normal background.Meanwhile,the growth of Chinese economy also faces with several limitations brought by external environment,development phase,factor endowments,and internal motivation.To realize a growth transformation from quantitative expansion to quality development,a growth transformation whose core is internal structural adjustment should be carried out.Based on the above,thethesis figures out a construction idea of an effective mechanism,which includes growth momentum,tolerating mistakes and correcting deviation.Moreover,the thesis also clarifies the selection of systematic development path,such as strategic path,critical path and practical path,etc.
