Complex Product Systems(CoPS)are large-scale products,systems or infrastructure of high-cost,technology-intensive,customized,one-piece or small batch production.Since the establishment of new China and especially reform and opening up,our country'sdevelopment and innovation ofcomplex products systemssuch as 'two bombs and one satellite',UHV transmission and distribution systems,manned space flight,manned diving,high-speed railway has made an exciting and surprising achievement,laying an important foundation for a world power and technology power.A large number of cases show that in the development and innovation of complex product systems,integration enterprise,namely,the complex product system integrator(also known as CoPS integrator)is in a particularly important position,and its innovation system construction and innovation ability improvement is of great strategic significance.However,the research on the innovation characteristics and laws of complex product system integrators is very rare at present,which is obviously not suitable for the needs of our construction of innovative country.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on the innovation system of complex product system integrators.Based on the theories of innovation management,knowledge management and game theory,this thesis makes a systematic research on complex product system integrators'innovation system and related key issues by using case study and modeling analysis.First of all,considering that complex product system integrators' feature of needing to integrate products and services,and based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of complex product system innovation,this thesisproposes and buildsa CoPS integrator's innovation system model with technology innovation and service innovation as the 'dual core' and with organization innovation and mechanism innovation as support,analyzes the relationship between technology innovation,service innovation,organization innovation and mechanism innovation,explains the core status of technology innovation and service innovation in CoPS integrators' innovation system,and verifies the effectiveness of the problem analysis of CoPS integrators' innovation system model with an exampleof technology support system of smart grid dispatching.Secondly,based on the proposed innovation framework of complex product systems,thisthesis analyzes 34 constituent elements that influence CoPS integrators'technology innovation system and their influencing relationship,constructsa dynamic mechanism and process model of CoPS integrator innovation system by ISM interpretive structural modeling method,analyzes the main influencing factors and characteristics of external power system,internal innovation system and innovation transformation system.Then,in view of the needs of knowledge management and transfer in complex product system innovation,an improved model of knowledge transferbased on learning in complex product systems is proposed.By applying the model to the intelligent scheduling technology support system,the good applicability of the model is verified.Meanwhile,combined with the complex product system innovation system model,a knowledge interaction process model between R&D department and marketing department of complex product system integrators is built,the principle of knowledge interaction is determined,and specific measures to enhance knowledge interaction are put forward.Again,because modularization is a typical way of development and innovation of complex product system,based on the research of the theories of complex product system modularization,this thesis summarizes the modularization processing of complex product systems,preliminary establishes modular decomposition model of complex product systems and relationship model between modular decomposition degree and corporate performance,verifies the validity of the model and demonstrates the application of modularization for innovation with an example of power industry complex product system-wide area monitoring and analysis control system.In addition,considering that CoPS integrators' important strategy is to provide integrated products and services,integrators' higher the integration level is not always better,and one important problem needing to be addressed is to optimize the integration innovation level of products and services.This thesis constructs a simple market model with a single product supplier and an integrated decision model with customers,CoPS integrators and suppliers,and analyzes the impact of raw material prices,the cost of customer integration and supplier decision by using multi-agent simulation modeling technology.The simulation results show that if a complex product system is more complex,integrators should choose integrated development to achieve economies of scope,and otherwise they should increase production to achieve economies of scale.Finally,because the market of complex product systems often involves oligopoly,complex product system integrators' integration innovation strategy is influenced by competitors' corresponding strategies.For this purpose,three multi-stage game models are constructed with two suppliers and two integrators.Integrators' integration investment strategies are studied under the consideration of integrators' competition,technology innovation risk and government subsidy.The backward induction method is used to solve the models,showing that integrators'integrated innovation investment level increases with the intensity of market competition,technology risk reduces integrators' integration innovation motivation and government subsidy can promote integrators' integration innovation investment.
