Improvement of the new generation of migrant workers social welfare rights is related to urbanization, social harmony and progress of Shenzhen.Through researching a large number of literatures, the author conducts research to develop a questionnaire for the new generation of migrant workers in Shenzhen Bao’an District. Through questionnaires, the new generation of migrant workers in the supply and demand is imbalance in vocational educat ing welfare, education Children in welfare, health care benefits, housing benefits, and culture and leisure benefits. Through the study of Bao’an District social welfare supply situation, analysis of the causes of social welfare supply and demand imb alance: existing welfare system design flaws, regional imbalance in industrial structure, social welfare administration functions imperfect, inadequate local finance and supply channels for migrant workers have limited knowledge of the policy, and the absence of social enterprises and socia l welfare organizations.Bao’an District migrant workers should set up social welfare management platform to do more work in the welfare system design, implementation, promotion, supervision, according to its financial strength, a large number of migrant workers. In addition, the government, on the one hand, with the sustainable development strategy to gradually change the industrial structure of Bao’an District, so as to improve the new generation of migrant workers employment skills and personal qualities, to help them naturally integrate into the city; on the other hand, they should increase investment in the people’s livelihood, in the occupation education, children’s education, health, hou sing and leisure culture. More social welfare resources are supplied to the new generation of migrant workers. Finally, the government, enterprises and social organizations pay close attention to the new generation of migrant workers. All of them cooperate with each other to improve the social welfare of the new generation of migrant workers.
