Technology diffusion is no less important than technological innovation,what is more,it is also the only road to achieve promoting effect of innovation and technological progress in economic growth.Exogenous paths to technology diffusion,whose forms include FDI,OFDI and international trade and so on,play important roles in enhancing China's innovation capability.However,as a innovative mode can quickly integrate heterogeneous innovation resources,adapt to market changes and enhance regional innovation capability,collaborative inovation is a local endogenous force to realize technology diffusion,research on its implementation path to technology diffusion also has great practical significance.Therefore,this paper takes the collaborative innovation model as the breakthrough point,and according to the difference of the factor status and the current reality in China,divides the collaborative innovation into three main modes,namely,enterprise-driven collaborative innovation,university and research institution-driven collaborative innovation and government-guided collaborative innovation.This paper studies the influence mechanism and realization paths of different collaborative innovation models on internal and external technology diffusion,and tries to provide lessons and conclusions for accelerating the development of regional cooperation innovation,the special ability of Chinese innovation and the realization of technological progress.From the two levels of theoretical research and empirical research,this paper analyzes the internal and external technology diffusion paths of different collaborative innovation models respectively.In the part of theoretical research,firstly this paper analyses the characteristics of different collaborative innovation models,the process of internal technology diffusion,the influencing factors and patterns,then respectively constructs the corresponding game theory models based on above analysis and portrays the internal technology diffusion path under the three cooperative innovation modes.Secondly,this paper analyzes the direct path of external technology diffusion in different collaborative innovation models,explores the indirect path of external technology diffusion under the synergistic effect,and constructs the theoretical model of the external technology diffusion path based on the cooperative innovation modes.In the part of empirical research,this paper first constructs the dynamic analysis framework and the system dynamics model of the internal technology diffusion based on the cooperative innovation modes,and does the simulation and sensitivity analysis with different values after the validity test.Then,this paper constructs the PLS-SEM path analysis model of the external technology diffusion based on the cooperative innovation modes,and makes an empirical analysis by the panel data of 29 provinces in China from year 2001 to year 2015.The empirical analysis tries to verify the paths of external technology diffusion and their effects based on different collaborative innovation modes.The results are as follows:(1)in the cycle of system dynamics analysis,the internal technology diffusion of enterprise-driven collaborative innovation and university and research institution-driven collaborative innovation experience a progress as a slow decline after a gentle slope type growth,while the internal technology diffusion of the government-guided collaborative innovation shows a "U" trend.(2)The choices of the forms and strategies of internal technology diffusion in different collaborative innovation modes will be influenced by many factors such as innovation abilities,market factors,scientific research achievement content and expected incomes.(3)The collaborative innovation modes have different development characteristics and trends in different regions.The enterprise-driven collaborative innovation is more common in the area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and some coastal areas.The prevalence of university and research institution-driven collaborative innovation is represented by northeast China,east China and central China,and the government-guided collaborative innovation is the most common in the western region.(4)Different collaborative innovation modes achieve external technology diffusion mainly through indirect path of value creation and human capital upgrading,while the indirect path of knowledge innovation is not remarkable and the government-guided collaborative innovation plays an important role in the external technology diffusion path.(5)The main way to realize the external technology diffusion in the coastal areas is the direct path of university and research institution-driven collaborative innovation and the indirect path of the value creation of the enterprise-driven collaborative innovation.The external technology diffusion paths of inland areas are basically the same as the national samples',but there is one more indirect path of value creation by government-guided collaborative innovation.(6)The economic environment and resource endowment have a significant positive impact on China's technology diffusion,but in inland areas,the impact of policy environment and social environment is also prominent.The main contributions of this paper are three points:firstly,it puts the micro level and macro level of collaborative innovation technology diffusion into a framework,constructs the internal and external technology diffusion path models based on collaborative innovation modes,and expands the theoretical research on the endogenous path of technology diffusion.Secondly,it constructs the system dynamics model of the internal technology diffusion path under the collaborative innovation modes,and finds the characteristics,differences and influence factors of the internal technology diffusion path in different collaborative innovation modes,and the characteristics,effects and trend of change of the overall technology diffusion which is interacted by different collaborative innovation modes through simulation.Thirdly,it combines the research of the PLS-SEM model with the research of the external technology difffusion path of collaborative innovation,builds the PLS-SEM path model of the external technology diffusion of different collaborative innovation models,makes the empirical analysis by macroeconomic data to verify the hypotheses,and gets some enlightening findings for China to realize technology diffusion.
