Research On Intellectual Property Management Of Technology Innovation In Knowledge Intensive Enterprises

With the development of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the impetus factor of social progress and the important driving factors to promote economic development.Knowledge Intensive Enterprise with knowledge as the fundamental elements plays a more and more important role in the development of the national economy.“Chinese Manufacturing 2025 Plan”has put forward that,to adhere to the basic principle of“Innovation,Quality,Green Development,Structure Optimization,Talent Oriented”,and to adhere to the principle of“Market-oriented,Government-guidance,focusing on the current long-term,the overall advancement and breakthroughs,Independent Development,Open Cooperation”,and through three steps to achieve the strategic objectives of manufacturing power.“We should strengthen the construction of the national innovation system,strengthen the strategic scientific and technological strength,deepen the reform of the scientific and technological system,and establish the technological innovation system with the enterprise as the main body,the market as the guidance,and the deep integration of production,learning and research......Advocate innovative culture,strengthen the creation,protection and application of intellectual property rights”is emphasized in the 19~thh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.National innovation demand is mainly from knowledge's usage,integration and transformation.These abilities are crucial to development of enterprises'own bodies,progress of industry,and degree of national economy.However,our country is facing the problems as the wickness of innovation driving force,transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and the lower level of challenging efficiency.Therefore,the systematical research to Knowledge Intensive Enterprises has theoretical and practical significance for encouraging the transformation of knowledge,optimizating intellectual property improvement,and promoting sustained economical steady development.After having analysed the prior research of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises,technological innovation,intellectural property management from domestic and foreign,this paper has elaborated the concept of Knowledge Intensive Enterprise,defined the scope o Knowledge Intensive Enterprise and the meaning of intellectual property management.After having understood the situation of intellectual property management of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises from developed countries and developing countries,this paper has analysed the problems of intellectual property management from Knowledge Intensive Enterprises in three perspectives of development management,operation management and protection management.Using the object of systemistic,based on analyzing development,operation management and protection management of intellectual property of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises,this paper has exposed main elements'characteristics and process of organization of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises,and then has contributed the systemistical model of intellectual property of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises'technological innovation,defined the connotation and elements of intellectual property management system.In the further analysis of theprocess of subsystem,this paper has analysed the characteristics of subsystem,and constructed the subsystem model according to their repective characteristics,analysed the effect of using the methods of empirical research on key factors of each subsystem in the selection and control variables.Firstly,through the analysis of intellectual property development management characteristics of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises in the process of technological innovation,this paper has analysed the coupling of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises'technological innovation and knowledge development process using social network analysis,has constructed the coupling model of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises'intellectual property with knowledge development management and technological innovation,to measure the strength of knowledge development capability as the intermediary role,namely the operation efficiency of intellectual property development management.Secondly,through the analysis of intellectual property operation management characteristics of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises in the process of technological innovation,this paper has refined the model of intellectual property operation management with main observation of human resource cost,capital cost,net operating profit and total revenue using calculation method of technological innovation economic growth efficiency,in order to promote enterprise key indicators of overall economic growth in the process of technological innovation of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises.Finally,through the analysis of intellectual property protection management of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises in the process of technological innovation,this paper has constructed intellectual property protection management model of Knowledge Intensive Enterprises'technological innovation with R&D strength and patent strength as the two-way core factors,found the key factors of intellectual property protection according the characteristics of model,constructed four regression models with net cash flow,R&D expenditures and the strength of intellectual property protection as variables and operating invome as dependent variable,to measure the proper degree of intellectual property protection and the range of strength due to the regression analysis.Above all,according to the results of empirical analysis with the development management,operation management,protection management of intellectual property in Knowledge Intensive Enterprises,and due to the operation mechanism of coupling,interative and collaborative,combined with the characteristics of whole industry of our country and typical enterprises,proposed suggestions from three levels of national policy,industry standard and the internal adjustment.
