Research On The Influencing Factors And Promotion Path Of Farmers' Income Increase In Nature Reserves

In the industrialization and modernization fast development process,natural ecology has been seriously damaged,which not only directly affects economical society's sustainable development,but also threatens human's living.Natural reserve is the effective measure to protect ecological environment and natural resource,it is also the important carrier to protect bio-diversity and constructing ecological civilization,besides,it is the active means to accelerate transforming economy development way and achieving sustainable development.However,establishing natural reserve also restricts the utilization of natural resource by native farmers,which makes farmers' production and living way seriously affected and limited.Most Chinese natural reserve areas are in minority areas and remote mountainous areas.In general,large numbers of residents live in natural reserve area and the surrounding areas.Because of the inconvenient transportation,weak industry and backward economy development,the local farmers have low life standard and they deeply rely on forest resource.If farmers' revenue question in reserve area couldn't been solved well,thus the natural reserve couldn't get effective protection.Therefore,there are very important strategical significance and practical value to discuss farmers ' revenue increase problems in natural reserve.At present,the problem between natural reserve and the local economy coordination development has been the focus of attention for all parties,a series of measures have been taken and have achieved certain results from central government to local government.While how to fundamentally solve the development problems in natural reserve and the local farmers,so as to prevent ecological environment degeneration and get rid of ?fertile poverty? are lack of cognition on concept,coordination on action and discussion on theory.This research is based on the special background of natural reserve,on the bases defined by relevant concept,takes the externality theory,public production theory,ecological compensation theory and sustainable development theory as guidance,then refers the relevant research achievements in domestic and foreign countries,thus analyzes the revenue increase problem in natural reserve;utilize economics,management,ecology and other interdisciplinary subject knowledge,starts from the particularity perspective of natural reserve area,and analyzes famers' present revenue condition,original composition and the existing problems in natural reserve area,after this,discusses the limiting factors of farmer revenue increase in natural reserve area;meanwhile,on the base of referring experience of foreign developed countries on solving farmers' revenue problems in natural reserve,so as to construct the long-effect mechanism of farmers' revenue increase in natural reserves.The research content of this paper is divided into three parts.The part of the theoretical basis(chapter 1-3).Chapter 1: Introduction.The research background,significance,ideas,contents,methods,briefly expounds technical route and innovation points.Chapter 2: Literature review.To the existing literature and analyzed systematically,and carries on the analysis and review.Chapter 3: Relevant concepts and theoretical basis.On the basis of the basic definition,this paper briefly introduces the externality theory,public goods theory and the sustainable development theory reference and guiding significance in this study.The second part is empirical research(chapter 4-7).Chapter 4: Nature reserve,the farmers' income status.Study area was introduced in detail the conditions of natural resources and social economy,and the research of the present study situation,analyzed the sample status of farmers' income structure,income level and with the natural protect the farmers' income gap.Chapter 5: The particularity of nature reserve and its constraints on the farmers' income growth.From the particularity of nature reserve,this paper analyzes nature reserve constraints impact on the farmers' income,and further from the Angle of quantitative nature reserve project empirical research on the impact of increasing farmers' income.Chapter 6: Rature reserve,the influence factors of farmers' income growth analysis.The restriction factors of natural reserve increasing farmers' income has carried on the qualitative analysis,based on the multiple regression model to reserve quantitatively study the influence factors of farmers' income,find out the main influencing factors.Chapter 7: Nature reserve game analysis related interest subjects of increasing farmers' income.Between farmers and enterprises to nature reserve,game analysis between farmers and the government,objective evaluation to the interests of all parties,provide a reference for government making decisions nature reserve increasing farmers' income.The third part is the conclusion(chapter8-9).Chapter 8:To establish a nature reserve,the long-term mechanism of farmers' income growth.From policy,law,economy,market and so on many kinds of ways to build nature reserve of long-acting mechanism of increasing farmers' income,promote the farmers' income growth cycle.Chapter 9:On the basis of the foregoing chapters analysis it is concluded that the main research conclusions of this paper.Through the above analysis of the system,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Nature reserves per capita net income of farmers is on the rise,but the income is difficult.Nature reserve,the main source of income of farmers is still a family business income,but its importance appears gradually decreasing trend;Rising wage income proportion,has become an important source of income for the farmers.At the same time,the nature reserve,increasing farmers' income is faced with lack of human capital,economic capital insufficiency,the institutional constraints,and the nature reserve of farmers' income gap widening.(2)Nature reserve to protect nature is the important cause of increasing farmers' income is slow.Studies have shown that nature reserve project total negative influence on farmers.The implementation of the nature reserve construction resulting in a decrease of agricultural income and property income of farmers,and to the farmers' salary income and transfer income corresponding rise.Overall,the negative influence to the agricultural income is greater than the salary and transfer income of the positive influence.Must,therefore,by increasing the metastatic revenue to offset due to protect nature farmers productive revenue caused by the problem.(3)Nature reserve farmers' income is influenced by various factors.Policy factors,market factors and related factors on the main body behavior is opposite bigger,the influence of farmers' income is the key to the nature reserve of farmers' income growth factors;Farmers themselves factors,scale management factor and technology factor is one of the important factors affecting the farmers' income growth.Using multiple regression analysis showed that nature reserve,the influence factors of farmers' income mainly concentrated in: arable land,employment,family labor time,forest land area,the number of unhealthy,the number of children to school,power average degree and agricultural machinery power,whether to participate in agricultural technology training,whether to receive loans and other factors.(4)Nature reserve game relation between farmers' income related interest subjects.In order of game between enterprises and farmers integrity probability mainly related to the relative advantages of both.It emphasizes the corporate defaults with farmers actually default correlation,enterprise to strengthen supervision,is helpful to promote the good faith management.In the policy game,asymmetry between the government and farmers.This asymmetry is the first performance on political resources with inequality,farmers are in weak position,form a power game.Power game in violation of the universal justice standard deals,the formation of non-equilibrium exchange.In order to guarantee the sustainability of ecological protection policy,the government needs to guarantee damage the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.(5)Nature reserve of peasants must be based on the reserve advantage resources,conform to the own characteristics of the development path.Promote the basic ideas of the nature reserve of farmers' income should be the following policy guidance principle,the principle of adjust measures to local conditions,the principles of sustainable development,both based on the principle of reasonable protection and utilization,based on the nature reserve resources characteristic for the carrier,through the establishment of brand effect for obtaining the competition advantage of the market,with ecological compensation as the policy support,in order to enhance the talent capital is intrinsic motivation,with the direction to develop ecological tourism,relying on the government financial support and preferential policy,finally realizes the nature reserve,steady increase in rural incomes.The innovation of this article:(1)Nature reserve is an effective measure to strengthen ecological protection,but at the same time to the local farmers' income growth.Nature reserve can stable growth of farmers' income,related to the sustainability of ecological protection.This study choose the positive externalities regional nature reserve as the research scope,research under the background of ecological protection problem of increasing farmers' income,the research perspective is new.(2)This study with five national nature reserve of guangxi as an example,analysis of the current situation of nature reserve of farmers' income,changing and existing problems,probes into the particularity of nature reserve and its restriction on farmers' income,and from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative comprehensive systematically analyzes the reserve the influence factors of farmers' income growth,so as to provide basis for the path choice of reserve increasing farmers' income.These studies does not see more in the existing literature.(3)This study on the main body behavior related to nature reserve increasing farmers' income,on the basis of game analysis,build the Shared interests dynamic inter-temporal risk-sharing reserve the peasants' income model,for nature reserves various stakeholders pareto improvement of social welfare provides an important reference,have certain innovation.
