The specific data are released from Chinese national bureau of statistics and the national economic and social development statistical bulletin in Feb.2016.In 2015,Service industry makes a huge contribution to the economic increase continuously,meanwhile,the added value proportion of tertiary industry is 50.5%in GDP and had reached 50%for the first time.It marks Chinese economy into the era of "service".With the transformation of national economic growth,service has already become a new "engine" of economic growth in China.However,there actually exist quite a few issues,for instance,service industry development level is not high,low efficiency,low service quality and service function is not strong and so on.Therefore,service supply chain and service quality control is paid more and more attention by social public and enterprises.Simultaneously,behavior factors of individual and group have an important influence to management and decision-making of service supply chain.For complex environment of supply chain,it need to research from the perspectives of human behavior characteristics and psychological cognitive and guides the practice effectively.In consequence,quality control of service supply chain by considering different behavior factors is a new research direction and issue in supply chain management.Quality control strategy considering quality preference and social responsibility in service supply chain is investigated in this paper and the research mainly discuss in the following four aspects:(1)Quality control strategy with quality preference in service supply chain is studied.By analyzing the business process of service supply chain,we establish the functions of demand and utilities with the influence of behavioral factors,such as quality preference of service supply chain member.Meanwhile,though using Stackelberg game theory and quantum game theory,we can obtain the optimal quality control decisions under the condition of centralized and decentralized decision making.Applying numerical simulation,we find the optimal solution method and the optimal quality control strategy of service supply chain members under different conditions and constraints.(2)Quality control strategy considering quality preference and quality improvement in service supply chain is investigated.We mainly consider that service integrator makes quality defect commitment and service supplier has quality preference.Meanwhile,we divide supplier's quality activities into two phases:quality improvement and quality maintaining.Then we build utility functions of service supply chain members considering the relationship of competition and cooperation.Applying game theory,we obtain the optimal quality defect warranty and service price of the integrator as well as the optimal quality improvement of service provider under different phases.Through the simulation analysis,it is shown that the the research of two stages on quality activities has certain theoretical and practical significance.(3)Quality control strategy considering quality improvement and social responsibility in service supply chain is researched.Firstly,quality improvement and service price are decided by service integrator and service supplier who both carry out service quality investment.Based on equilibrium theory,Nash equilibrium solutions and four kinds of quality control strategies can be obtained under different constraint condition.Secondly,considering service integrator with corporate social responsibility and service provider with service quality improvement,optimal strategy in service supply chain is investigated.By quantifying corporate social responsibility and service quality,utility functions of service integrator and service provider with behavior factor are established in service supply chain.In order to maximize the utilities of members,the models are optimized.The optimal strategies of corporate social responsibility,service quality improvement and price and so on are obtained under different constraints respectively.Finally,through numerical simulation,we compare and analyze the optimal decision strategy and utility under different conditions.(4)Quality control strategy considering quality preference,quality improvement and social responsibility in service supply chain is discussed.We assume that service supply chain contains a service integrator and two service providers who make the sequential game.When service integrator and service providers play games,there also have three scenarios of game between two service providers and a double layer game structure is formed.Then eight different decision-making models were constructed.Further,we can obtain the optimal service providers'quality improvement and service integrator's social responsibility and service price.Finally,through mathematical reasoning and numerical simulation,we find out that the effects and relations of service providers' preference and service integrator's social responsibility factor on the optimal quality control strategy.Simultaneously,comparative analysis of the optimal decisions and utilities in service supply chain under different circumstances and relevant management implications are obtained.The above research work and research results provide technical reference and guidance to resolve quality control strategy considering quality preference and social responsibility in service supply chain,meanwhile,provide a certain foundation of practical application for related researches.
