With the rapid development of economic globalization,as well as the has accelerating process of urbanization,cities have increasingly become the center of regional economic activities.After the reform and development,urban agglomeration has become an important role in leading regional economic growth in China.The "National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in accordance with the principles of overall planning,rational distribution,cooperation and coordination,and large urban driving small one,we should develop urban agglomeration with high efficiency,large radiation effects,excellent urban systems and strong functional complementarity.Hence,they could work as an important platform to support national economic growth,promote coordinated regional development,and participate in international competition and cooperation.The rapid development of urban agglomeration makes the population of the central city increasing.Due to restrictions on its urban positioning and land resource,the central city generally does not have the conditions for large-scale cultivation of agricultural products.This means that central city has to rely on large number of imports from outside markets in order to meet the fresh agricultural products needs of the population,thus the demand for cold chain logistics services increases.Therefore,the integration of cold chain logistics resources in urban agglomerations is imperative.However,the definition of cold chain logistics resources is not clear at present.In addition,there are no specific studies on the influencing factors and game process of cold chain logistics resource integration in urban agglomerations,and also effective cold chain logistics resource integration solutions.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out a comprehensive and systematic research on the integration of cold chain logistics resources in urban agglomeration.This dissertation combs related domestic and foreign research literature,analyzes cold chain logistics resources integration between central city and surrounding city in urban agglomeration based on logistics management theory,system engineering theory and game theory.The analysis is done by applying literature measurement and mathematical modeling,system analysis and simulation,theoretical analysis and empirical research methods,in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical suggestions for promoting the integration.Firstly,this dissertation relies on the definition of urban agglomeration,cold chain logistics,and logistics resource,as well as research results of relevant scholars,combs the definition of cold chain logistics resources,logistics resources integration,and urban agglomeration logistics resource integration.It states that cold chain logistics resource integration of urban agglomeration should definite as:cold chain logistics industry participators apply re-integration,reasonable allocation and optimization of independently or loosely connected cold chain logistics resource in urban agglomeration by reasonable cooperation mechanisms and institutional arrangements.in order to increase the cold chain logistics resource allocation efficiency and achieve the process of maximizing cold chain logistics resource utility.The definition of this concept defines the research object of this article and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research work.Secondly,this dissertation reviews the research literature on urban agglomeration resources and logistics resource integration,and finds out that the understanding of logistics resource integration is not comprehensive and systematic at present,and research on cold chain logistics resource integration of urban agglomeration is lacking.In particular,there are lacks of theoretical argumentation on the mechanism of the integration of cold chain logistics resources in urban agglomeration,game analysis in the process of integration and integration method.These lacks provide vast space for this dissertation.Thirdly,this dissertation analyzes the influencing factors of the cold chain logistics resources integration of urban agglomeration,and establishes integration indicators to reflect the integration power of the city for cold chain logistics resource integration in urban agglomeration by using the method of entropy weight-TOPSIS analysis and Riley's rule.Besides,it also sorts out the indexes to give the influence mechanisms of different types of indicators on the integration of cold chain logistics resources in urban agglomeration.Fourthly,considering the carbon emission reduction,the game analysis on the cold chain logistics resource integration of urban agglomeration is done within the goal of maximizing the revenue of the integrated cold chain logistics service.It clearly defines the strategic choices of central city and surrounding city under different integration powers in both non-cooperative decision-making model and cooperative decision-making model.Then it conducts numerical simulation analysis of the modeling results.Then,the alliance chain is introduced to construct a solution to the cold chain logistics resource integration of urban agglomeration.in order to solve the insufficient information,asymmetric information,mutual distrust between entities,accountability,and difficulty in submitting evidence in the process of integration.The dissertation analyzes the applicability of the alliance chain technology in the integration of urban group cold chain logistics resources was analyzed,as well as in cost,trust and credit.traceability,etc.The significant advantage.Then the dissertation elaborates the framework structure,smart contract design and realizingin order to provide the entire alliance chain solution for the cold chain logistics resource integration of the urban agglomerationFinally,the dissertation conducts an empirical study on the cold chain logistics resource integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,and points out their strategy choices based on the current development status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and their integration powers,as well as the application of alliance chain solution.Then policies,such as furtherly promoting the integration and integration of cold-chain logistics resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,narrowing the gap in the integration power of cold-chain logistics resources in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,reducing price sensitivity factor,are given to improve the cold chain logistics resource integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and get better integration effects.In general,this dissertation proposes the concept of city integration power in cold chain logistics resource integration,systematically analyzes the game process of cold chain logistics resource integration of the urban agglomeration,and proposes the integration plan based on the alliance chain technology.It makes the cold chain resource integration of the urban agglomeration both theoretically innovative and practically feasible.
