A Study Of The Effect Evaluation Of The Agricultural Technology Cooperation Between Fujian And Taiwan

The paper analyses the technical effect,economic effect,social effect,and ecological effect,and designs questionnaires on the agro-tech cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.By using factor analysis method,the paper gets the comprehensive evaluation of the various effects of the agro-tech cooperation and finds out the most prominent effect among the comprehensive effects.According to the empirical analysis results,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to push forward the agro-tech cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.Firstly,through the introduction of the research background,the paper proposes the research methods and the main research contents.Both domestic and foreign literatures are summarized from the perspectives of the current development,various effects of the agro-tech cooperation,and the policy implications to enhance agro-tech cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.Secondly,the paper introduces the methods designed,including the theoretical basis,theoretical analysis of influencing factors,questionnaire design,and data collection.Through literature study and statistical yearbook query,the paper describes the technical effect,economic effect,social effect and ecological effect of the agro-tech cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.Thirdly,the paper builds up the factor analysis model.Through factor analysis,the paper gets the evaluation of each single effect and calculates the comprehensive effects afterwards.The empirical result shows that evaluation of the effects can be divided into the evaluation of the sustainable ecological development effect,the evaluation of the technical advantage effect,the evaluation of the market potential effect,the evaluation of the industrial development effect,the evaluation of the economic advantage effect,the evaluation of the social outreach effect,and the evaluation of the market exploration effect.Among all the effects,the ecological effect is the most important factor.Finally,according to the results of the empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effects of the agro-tech cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.These include formulating the overall plan for the agro-tech cooperation and exchange,promoting the construction of the rural areas,improving the development of ecological agriculture,strengthening the introduction and innovation of agricultural hi-tech,and improving personnel training for higher HR quality.
