Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Urbanization In China In The Context Of New Era

Urbanization is an indispensable way for the development of human society.It is the historical product of a country or a region's economic,social and cultural development to a certain stage,and also an objective rule of regional development.Since the reform and opening up,the development of urbanization in China has made remarkable achievements.As of 2017,China's population urbanization rate has reached 58.52%.However,the past urbanization process belongs to extensive barbaric growth,the rapid development of urbanization,the disorderly expansion of urban scale,the low efficiency of resource utilization,the serious environmental damage,and the serious difference between urban and rural areas,resulting in insufficient development potential.In the "national new urbanization plan(2014-2020)" pointed out that the problems facing China's urbanization,including population urbanization,land urbanization lag in advance,the inefficient use of resources,serious damage to the ecological environment and the relatively serious urban-rural duality in urban and rural areas.Thus,although China's urbanization has experienced years of rapid development,but the quality of urbanization is in urgent need of improvement.Looking at the history of the development of all countries in the world,especially the development history of developed countries in Europe and America,urbanization is a critical stage for a country to transform from poverty to prosperity and from backward to modern.It has important strategic implications for national development.Therefore,improving the quality of urbanization development has become an objective problem that must be solved in building a prosperous and strong democratic socialist country.We must change the way of extensive urbanization in the past and seek for the fine quality of urbanization development.At the same time,in the national new urbanization plan(2014-2020),it is clear that urbanization is still the engine of China's economic growth for the next 10-20 years.However,in order to take the road of high quality urbanization development,we must establish a perfect quality index framework and measure system for urbanization development.However,the current researches mostly analyze the quality of urbanization for a particular region or a particular element.From the aspects of multi-faceted and comprehensive systematic urbanization,the quality of urbanization is relatively insufficient.Therefore,to establish and perfect the system of urbanization quality index framework and measure system,mining urbanization quality factors,scientific and reasonable measure of urbanization quality,analyzes the coupling mechanism of urbanization system,explained the mechanism of each factor in the quality of urbanization has become a necessary and important research topic from the perspective of system.In view of this,according to the research logic of "investigation theory-Empirical-Application",this paper has completed the the related research works from the following aspects:(1)The comprehensive combing of the relevant literatures and practic.The research work in this paper is based on the conclusion that urbanization is the dialectical unity of quality and quantity,and the quality of development is the comprehensive measure of the level of urbanization development and the efficiency of urbanization development.Therefore,this paper reviews the research hotspots,research evolution and frontiers in the causes of urbanization,the level of urbanization development,the efficiency of urbanization development,and summarizes the achievements and weak links in the current research field of urbanization development quality.Follow-up study laid the foundation.(2)Construct the quality evaluation factor system of urbanization development.According to the system elements of the parties involved in the process of urbanization,the factors are analyzed and classified,and the structural system of factors is established.The quality of urbanization development is a systemic issue that involves multiple elements.We must fully understand the interest demands and the mechanism of the various elements in all levels and regions and the urbanization system.By adopting this nationwide sampling survey,we have fully mastered the cognition of the status quo on the quality of urbanization and realized the comprehensive identification and extraction of factors.After that,the hierarchical and regional analysis of the extracted dynamic factors is carried out by means of ISM,and the hierarchical relationships among the factors are clarified.Finally,the evaluation system of the quality of urbanization development is constructed based on the relevant theoretical analysis.(3)Put forward the theoretical model of urbanization development quality evaluation mechanism and verified.Due to verify the theoretical model of urbanization development quality evaluation mechanism involves a number of variables,and these variables have the characteristics of large number,strong subjectivity,it is difficult to directly measure and measure error,so this paper uses the SEM model to the statistical analysis and theoretical analysis of the organic combination of proven technology,verify the rationality of the theory model.(4)Analyze the law of urbanization and the evaluation system of the quality of development.In this paper,coupling system theory is used to analyze the coupling relationship between the quality evaluation system of urbanization development and its subsystems,and further demonstrates the rationality of the construction of the quality evaluation system for the development of urbanization.Based on the evaluation of the quality of urbanization development,the coupling relationship between the quality of urbanization development and subsystems and subsystems is evaluated respectively,so as to lay a solid foundation for improving the quality and policy recommendations of urbanization development.(5)Integrate and optimize the quality of urban development policy recommendations.Based on the conclusion of coupling test of urbanization system,this paper comprehensively explores the existing problems in urbanization in Chongqing,such as the elements,subsystems and overall coordination,as well as related policy recommendations,and ensures the integrity and targeted of policy proposals.The contribution of this research is mainly manifested in the following four aspects: First,a comprehensive survey and research on the impact of the quality of urbanization development factors to ensure the reliability and comprehensiveness of the factor survey.Secondly,the factor system of the evaluation mechanism of the urbanization development quality is constructed,and the empirical test is carried out.Thirdly,the internal law and coupling relationship of the development mechanism of urbanization and the evaluation system of the quality of development are systematically expounded.Fourthly,it expounds the relevant policies and suggestions for improving the quality of urbanization in Chongqing,so as to ensure the perfection and effectiveness of the policy recommendations.The evaluation system of urbanization development and the coordination and analysis framework of internal subsystem constructed in this paper have certain significance for the orderly and efficient urbanization in Chongqing,the comprehensive development of the region and the narrowing of the regional disparity.It is of certain reference value for effectively formulating and implementing the strategy of regional development and specific development strategies scientifically.At the same time,there are still many shortcomings such as "the stage division of urbanization development process is not fully considered",which needs further study in the future.
