Reseach On Transnational Entrepreneurial Orientation,Alliance Network And International Performance

Since the financial crisis in 2008,economic globalization has developed both in scope and in depth,the speed of the flow of elements within the country and between countries is accelerating,and the speed of product renewal is also increasing,the uncertainty of the market environment is becoming more obvious.IF enterprises want to maintain their competitiveness in a complex and changeable international environment,their initiative must be fully mobilized,give their existing advantages to a full display,seeking ways and ideas to enhance international performance actively.Therefore,how to improve the internationalization performance of International entrepreneurial orientation has arouse the attention of many scholars.The existing literature has done a lot of research on alliance network and international performance,however,there is still insufficient research in the field of cross cutting between entrepreneurial orientation theory,social network theory and internationalization theory.Based on the literature review of enterprise entrepreneurial orientation theory,social network theory and internationalization theory,this paper introduces the operation mechanism of international entrepreneurial orientation through the alliance network to influence the international performance,and discussed the following problems in depth:(1)The influence of transnational entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions on the alliance network and its dimensions;The impact of transnational entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions on international performance and its dimensions;The influence of alliance network and its dimensions on international performance and its dimensions.(2)This paper divides the orientation of international entrepreneurship into initiative,innovation and risk bearing,divides the alliance network into central position and relationship intensity,divides the international performance into foreign investment performance and export performance,and makes an in-depth analysis of the mediating role of the alliance network in the direction of international entrepreneurship and international performance.(3)This study divides the environmental dynamics into two dimensions of technological dynamics and market dynamics,and analyses the mechanism of its regulatory role between the multinational entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions,the alliance network and its dimensions.On the basis of the analysis of the above theoretical mechanism,This study collect data from 238 related enterprises by questionnaire,and use multiple linear regression and structural equation to test the relationship mechanism between multinational entrepreneurial orientation,alliance network and international performance and the regulatory role of environmental dynamics.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The multinational entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on the alliance network,and the alliance network has a significant positive effect on the internationalization performance,and the transnational entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on the internationalization performance,and the positive impact of the various dimensions is significant.(2)There is a partial mediation effect of alliance network in the impact of transnational entrepreneurial orientation on international performance.Centrality and relationship intensity play a partial mediating effect or a complete mediating effect between the dimensions of transnational entrepreneurial orientation and international performance.(3)Environmental dynamism has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between transnational entrepreneurial orientation and alliance network.The dynamic characteristics of technology are positive to the relationship between first dynamic and central position,the relationship between innovation and central position,the relationship between the initiative and the relationship intensity,the relationship between innovation and relationship intensity,the relationship between risk bearing and relationship intensity,but the technical mobility is on the risk bearing and central position.The regulatory role of the relationship does not exist;market dynamics have a positive regulating effect on the relationship between risk bearing and central position,the relationship between first mobility and relationship intensity,the relationship between innovation and relationship intensity,the relationship between risk bearing and relationship intensity,while market dynamics is the first dynamic and central position relationship,The relationship between innovation and central position does not have positive moderating effect.The above research extends the research scope of entrepreneurial orientation theory,social network theory and internationalization theory.This paper takes international entrepreneurial orientation,alliance network,international performance and environmental dynamism as research points,to enhance the level of internationalization of enterprises in the alliance is a realistic goal,and deeply analyzed the impact of international entrepreneurial orientation and alliance network on international performance,as well as the regulatory role of environmental dynamics between international entrepreneurship and alliance networks.
