Undertake The Transfer Of Industry Key Industries And Logistics System Collaborative Development Research

With the adjustment of international and domestic industrial division,China's eastern coastal industries have quickened the pace of transferring to the central and western regions.Sichuan Province,as an important province to undertake industrial transfer in the west,has gradually formed a new industrial cluster in the process of undertaking large-scale industrial transfer,which is called the key industries.The logistics system,as one of the main bodies of the undertaking industries,combines transportation,loading and unloading,packaging,freight forwarding,circulation processing,distribution,information processing and integration,etc.It plays a more and more important role in promoting the economic development and the upgrading of the industrial structure.The historical practice of the development of the world industry shows that there is an inseparable relationship between the development of key industries and the logistics system,both of which promote each other and complement each other to form a coordinated system.The key industries and logistics systems in Sichuan have made great progress in the process of undertaking industrial transfer,but there are still a series of problems such as uneven development of key industries,out-of-date mode of logistics operation and low level of logistics service,especially the match and cooperation of the key industries and logistics systems.This paper Sets the research direction in this area.Therefore,this paper analyses systematically the present developing situation of the key industries and logistics systems under the industrial transfer and the existing problems between the different industries in the key industries and the logistics input-output system.The analysis will provide practical and theoretical significance to guide the promotion of the industrial transfer and the competitiveness of the regional logistics,optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of Sichuan province,realizing coordinated development of key industries and logistics systems in Sichuan Province and western regions.The specific research contents are as follows:Sichuan's key industries choice in undertaking the industrial transfer.Firstly,starting from the analysis of the motivation of industrial transfer,this paper takes industrial move-out place and move-in place as the research objects and analyzes the their motivation of industrial transfer from a quantitive view.Secondly,after the analysis of the motivation of industrial transfer,this paper discusses the problems facing Sichuan province as a move-in place for industrial transfer,such as what standards to follow in determining the key industries.This article takes the choice of key industries in the industry transfer as a breakthrough and takes the industrial scale and industrial gradient as the two dimension levels.Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis,the local key industries to undertake and choose are determined with full consideration of the relevant national and local regulations and policies in the trend of industrial transfer.At the same time,the key industries' information index is provided for the coordinated development of the key industries and logistics systems in this paper.The selection of logistics system indexes and the formation of comprehensive evaluation index system.Firstly,the influence of industrial evolution on the logistics system index is analyzed qualitatively and the changes of the index of the logistics system are analyzed in view of the industrial type and structure.Secondly,in the quantitative way,the primary components of the logistics system index selected in the reference are analyzed.The logistics system index is determined through the SPSS software.Finally,the index system of the key industry and the logistics system is completed.The selection and structure of the collaborative development evaluation model.First of all,the current mainstream five cooperative development models are expounded.On the basis of the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the above models,a distance cooperative development model is constructed with TOPSIS thought and grey comprehensive correlation model as the main body.The specific algorithm of the pull factors between systems is summarized.Finally,a set of completed multi system collaborative development model is constructed to make the overall model more scientific and adaptable with the combination of CRITIC method and the distance cooperative development model.An empirical analysis of collaborative development is carried out from the data of Sichuan Province.First,the development situation of Sichuan's industrial transfer is introduced,including key industries and logistics systems.What to follow is the coordinated development evaluation of key industries and logistics systems.Through the calculation results of 6 aspects,namely industrial development,pull factors,CRITIC weight,subsystem synergy,comprehensive synergy and comprehensive coordination development,this paper summarizes the problems in the coordinated development of key industries and logistics systems in Sichuan Province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
