29.34%of the total GDP,accounting for 33%of the world's manufacturing output value,and the scale of the world is the first in the world.Although China has become a global manufacturing country,compared with the developed countries,the comparative advantages of China's manufacturing industry are mainly reflected in scale and cost.The efficiency of labor,the level of technological content,the vitality of innovation and the optimization of industrial structure still have a big gap with the developed countries.The characteristics of "low end locking" of the global value chain have not been fundamentally changed.At the same time,China's manufacturing industry is facing the unsustainability of the extensive development model relying on resources and demographic dividend,as well as the double extrusion of other developing countries and the "re industrialization" strategy of the developed countries in the world.The urgency of the transformation and upgrading of China's producer services as support.In the process of deepening and refining the industrial division of labor,the productive service sector is gradually independent from the manufacturing industry on the basis of its own specialization level and scale economic advantage,and reparticipates in the value chain division system of the manufacturing industry through the relationship type and the structure mainly from the technical efficiency of industry.From the perspective of region,industry and ownership,the total factor growth rate of the productive service industry in the eastern region is higher productive service industry in the eastern and western regions can promote the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.However,the total factor productivity of the productive service industry in the central region is not significant to all manufacturing upgrading indicators.It shows that there is a obvious "central collapse" phenomenon,and the stronger the upgrading of the manufacturing process,the upgrading and function of the products.Provinces with less upgrading and upgrading chains will benefit more from the growth of TFP in producer services.In the empirical analysis of the impact mechanism,it is found that the transaction cost and production cost have a positive regulating effect on the production service industry's total factor productivity growth affecting the upgrading of manufacturing industry,and the transaction cost can have a positive impact on the upgrading of the manufacturing process,product upgrading,function upgrading and chain upgrading,but knowledge spillover.The adjustment function of the division of labor and the deepening of the division of labor is not obvious,which shows that the mechanism of the growth of total factor productivity in China's productive service industry to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry is mainly reflected in the cost reduction.In the study of factors affecting the total factor productivity growth-of the productive service industry,it is found that the level of urbanization,the level of innovation of science and technology,the quality of workers,the per capita GDP,the level of industrial development,the degree of openness,the level of medical development and the specialization of the division of labor can promote the growth of the total factor productivity of the productive service
