Program evaluation has generated discussion in several fields such as administration, business, consultation, leadership, management, and supervision. While evaluation needs to be conducted in a scientific manner, the initiatives of an evaluation design must be perceived as relevant. Thus, the planning for evaluation of a doctoral student's training for several purposes is a worthy area of research and investigation. This work reflects a study of the implementation of the doctoral students' training experience in the Psychological Services Center of Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and subsequent analysis of the data. An initial comparison is considered of the doctoral students' training experience in the Psychological Services Center with other training clinics. The implications for research and analysis for future evaluations are considered. |
