| As a pillar industry of national economy,construction industry has a great negative impact on resources and environment.Compared with traditional buildings.developing green buildings is an effective way to implement the concept of "energy saving,water saving,resource saving,land saving and envirnoment protection",improve living environment.reduce building energy consumption,alleviate energy problems and realize sustainable development of construction industry.Building Information Modeling(BIM),as a new computer-aided technology in the construction industry,has been considered as an effective means to promote the development of green buildings.At present,the combination of green building and BIM is still in its initial stage.In view of the problems such as lack of measurement,insufficient quantification,insufficient connotation analysis and systematic research,this paper focuses on the value of BIM application in green building,focusing on the essence,evaluation standards,evaluation methods,cost input and benefit output analysis,and regular pattern of value expression of BIM application value,so as to define its connotation.The value elements and standards of BIM application value subject are extracted,and the methods of application value evaluation and cost-benefit analysis of BIM are put forward,and the effectiveness of the methods is verified from both theoretical and practical aspects.At the same time,on this basis,the optimization and promotion model of BIM application value in developing green building is established from a lifecycle perspective,and the key impact path of BIM application value is analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the assessment system of the life cycle effectiveness of BIM implementation in green buildings.From the perspective of engineering values,this paper defines the connotation of BIM application value on the basis of value theory research,identifies the value subjects and value elements of BIM application in green buildings through literature induction and questionnaire survey,and initially establishes the theoretical framework of BIM application value evaluation.The value breakdown structure(VBS)method is applied to decompose the application value of BIM,and the factor analysis method is used to merge the value elements of BIM application value subject to obtain the value standard and extract the corresponding value factors.Finally,the theoretical framework of BIM value system structure in green building is constructed,which is composed of value subject,value elements,value standard,value factor and value subsystem.(2)Assessing the BIM application value and cost-benefit analysis of BIM in developing green buildings from a lifecycle perspective.In order to solve the problem of lack of quantification of BIM application value in green building,a method of BIM whole process application value evaluation in green building based on convolutional neural networks(CNN)is developed.The effectiveness of the method is verified from both theoretical and practical aspects,so as to realize the accurate evaluation of BIM application value in green building.At the same time,using the theory of cost-benefit analysis,through the comprehensive analysis of the cost and benefit components of BIM application,it identifies the monetizable indicators,constructs the economic benefit analysis framework,and comprehensively analyzes the cost input and benefit output of BIM application.(3)Research on optimization path of the application value of BIM in developing green buildings from a lifecycle perspective.In order to improve the application value of Bim in green building and reduce the investment of BIM,aiming at the optimization problem of BIM application value,the system dynamics theory is applied to simulate the whole process application value of Bim in green building,and the sensitivity of influence coefficient is tested by taking the key influencing factors of BIM application value as adjustment variables.We identify the change of BIM application value under different variables,and finally find out the optimization path in line with the change law of BIM application value from a dynamic perspective.The results of this study can enrich the application value connotation of Bim in specific construction field,broaden the basic theory and method of BIM application value evaluation and application value optimization promotion,and contribute to the scientific decision-making and management of the application value of BIM in developing green buildings from a lifecycle perspective,and realize the optimization of BIM application value. |
