In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the global economy and technology,the requirements for talents are constantly increasing.However,the mismatch between the supply side and the industrial demand side of technical and skilled personnel training in my country is very prominent,and the problem of structural unemployment has become a hidden danger that restricts the sustainable development of the economy and society.The reason is that the disconnection of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain is an important factor that leads to the low level of human resource supply in my country.How to cultivate applied talents to meet the needs of social development is a new challenge for higher education.In the stage of popularization of higher education,as an important part of national higher education,private universities will also face new opportunities and challenges.As an important channel for cultivating applied talents,private universities undertake the responsibility of cultivating applied talents that meet the requirements of economic and social development.At present,private universities are in the exploration and development stage of application-oriented talents training.In order to improve the quality of application-oriented talents training in private universities,it is necessary to study the existing application-oriented talents training paths and put forward corresponding optimization countermeasures.This research is based on the theory of synergy,OBE education concept and hygiene-motivational factors,through the application of literature research method,case analysis method,interview analysis method and taking Shanghai J University as an example,based on two typical cases of “Microelectronics Science and Engineering major cooperates with Nan Lin Integrated Circuit Training Path” and “Information Technology College and ZTE Education Cooperation Training Path” combined with the existing application-oriented talent training mechanism of J university,in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the application-oriented talents training path of J university.It is found that there are five problems: innovation and entrepreneurship courses are not valued,the construction of “reasonable and practical” courses is out of touch,the construction of applied teachers is difficult,the class tutors are in name only,and the scope of teaching quality assurance mechanism is single.On the basis of finding problems,the reasons are deeply analyzed: the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship,insufficient integration of production and education,imperfect teachers’ co-construction mechanism,unbalanced “trinity” collaborative education function,and imperfect evaluation and constraint mechanism.Aiming at the problems,it is proposed to build the height of planning and design,expand the depth of school-enterprise collaboration,increase the intensity of applied teacher training,improve the validity of the “trinity” education,and create the dimensions of multiple evaluations.
