Study On The Balance Of Basic Education Resources In Qingshan District Of Wuhan City

In recent years,with the improvement of the economic level of Qingshan District,the education in Qingshan District has also been greatly developed.However,the problem of imbalance in basic education resources has become more and more prominent,mainly in the problems of uneven allocation of economic resources,uneven allocation of human resources,uneven distribution of students,space for educational resources in the region,and uneven time.In response to the above problems,I have used the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,and case analysis to analyze the above problems and propose solutions.The measures mainly include increasing investment in education funds,improving the mechanism for guaranteeing education investment,promoting teacher training and mobility mechanisms,realizing regional human resource sharing,reforming the enrollment system,rationally arranging students,transforming the concept of educational development,and coordinating the layout of education planning.The above measures provide reference for improving the current situation of unbalanced basic education resources in Qingshan District.The research part of this paper mainly includes five aspects:the first part is the introduction;the second part is the theoretical basis of the basic education resource balance research,providing theoretical basis for the following;the third part is about the investigation of the status of basic education resources allocation in Qingshan;the fourth part mainly analyzes the main problems and causes of the basic education resource allocation in Qingshan District of Wuhan;the fifth part is the countermeasures to promote the balanced development of basic education resources in Qingshan District of Wuhan.The innovation of this paper is to combine the actual situation of education development in Qingshan District and propose corresponding countermeasures.
