Since the 1990 s,information technology with Internet and multimedia technology as the core has been widely used in various fields of society,which makes the production,life and learning mode of human beings change continuously.E-learning appears in the field of education.This new learning mode creates a new learning environment for learners,provides resources and services to meet multiple needs,and promotes Human development and lifelong learning provide a solid foundation.In recent years,the country has successively issued relevant policies and plans.With the support of information technology,the hardware,software equipment and e-learning environment required for e-learning have basically formed,and the group scope of learning by digital means has gradually expanded.However,e-learning resources do not play the expected role.As one of the basic elements of e-learning,e-learning resources are the key to the smooth development of e-learning process,and also an important part of education information construction.At this stage,e-learning resources still have the situation of "partial order and overall disorder" in organization and management,which is shown as follows: The frequent occurrence of "digital resource overload" and "digital resource island" causes learners to waste a lot of time and energy in the learning process,and high-quality resources are difficult to be effectively utilized.The integration of e-learning resources is the key to solve this problem,but there are still some problems in the existing research,such as the relatively static integration mode of e-learning resources,the lack of learners' consideration and the lack of teaching application test.In summary,this study takes e-Learning resources as the research object,adopts the research strategy of combining qualitative and quantitative research on the basis of relevant research,defines the connotation of dynamic integration of e-learning resources under the guidance of activity theory,and on this basis,adopts research methods based on design,literature research,questionnaire survey and structural equation model Methods,the dynamic integration model of e-learning resources was constructed,and then the system was developed and applied.The specific research work is mainly reflected in the following aspects:1.Define the concept of dynamic integration of e-learning resourcesAs an effective means of organizing and managing resources,the integration of e-learning resources is an intermediate variable that effectively connects e-learning resources with different subjects.The effectiveness of resource organization and integration is closely related to learning effect.In this study,the concept of dynamic integration of e-learning resources is put forward by using the method of literature analysis,under the framework of activity theory research,combined with the relevant research of e-learning resources integration,that is,the intermediary between the subject and e-learning resources in the process of e-learning,and the connection between different subjects is established through the interaction between the elements in the activity system to promote e-learning The accumulation of resources and the two-way interaction of effective information can realize the orderly organization and management of e-learning resources system.In the research,the theoretical basis of dynamic integration of e-learning resources is put forward,including activity theory,knowledge organization theory,feedback theory,etc.,which provides the basis for the construction of dynamic integration theoretical model of e-learning resources.2.Constructed a dynamic integration model of e-Learning resourcesIn order to further clarify the connotation of dynamic integration of e-learning resources,this paper expounds how dynamic integration of e-learning resources can achieve "dynamic" integration.Guided by activity theory,knowledge organization theory and feedback principle,this research adopts research methods based on design,literature analysis and other research methods to discuss dynamic integration of e-learning resources from different dimensions This paper analyzes and discusses the logical relationship among the key elements in different dimensions,constructs the theoretical model of dynamic integration of e-learning resources,and provides theoretical hypothesis reference for teaching application research on the basis of clarifying the logical relationship among the elements.3.Develop the application of dynamic integration model of e-learning resourcesIn view of the lack of teaching application test in the integration model of design and development,this research designs and develops a dynamic integration system of e-learning resources to design and realize the system functions.On this basis,following the research route of "analysis-design-implementation-research",carry out three rounds of iterative research,put the theoretical model of dynamic integration of e-learning resources into practice,and constantly improve the design according to the practice feedback.4.Evaluation and analysis of dynamic integration model of e-learning resourcesAfter the construction of the dynamic integration model of e-learning resources and its application in teaching,based on the theory of Expectation Confirmation of information system,this study analyzes the application process of the dynamic integration system of e-learning resources,and carries out the research on the influencing factors of learners' continuous willingness to verify the effectiveness of the dynamic integration model of e-learning resources.On this basis,this study puts forward the specific strategy of dynamic integration of e-learning resources based on the components and internal logic of the whole dynamic model of e-learning resources,and provides practical methods for the organization and management of e-learning resources.In conclusion,the research takes e-learning resources as the research object,adopts the research strategy of combining qualitative and quantitative research,mainly discusses the definition of dynamic integration of e-learning resources on the basis of relevant research,and constructs the dynamic integration model of e-learning resources on this basis,and carries out teaching application research and e-learning resources dynamic based on the theoretical model Integrated model evaluation and analysis.The dynamic integration of e-learning resources is the further deepening and development of e-resources integration research.It provides a new research perspective and ideas for the orderly organization and management of e-learning resources and the in-depth promotion of educational informatization construction.
