The paper extracts the basic and essential problems as study objects from the most decisive factors of talents-training in graduate education majoring adult education with it's creation logical starts, and modern learning theory as cognition foundation. It focuses on the creative learning model of students learning rules and request founded by the enough research and analysis to the current learning conditions. Thus, as a center, it spreaded to related learning areas which tend to find a general character, individuality, professional and more practical learning path for the graduates, and offering the theory support and practice instruction in solutions of the study problems and talents-culture.This paper focuses on the theme of "adult education major students'dynamic learning model", working on it with 6 sub-chapters.The first chapter,introduction,elaborates generally on the selected topic origin and the significance,related researching situation on graduate education and learning model,and the basic thinking and method. Meanwhile,it defines the concepts which dynamic learning model in adult education and learning pattern,providing the necessary foundation and pre-bedding for the follow-up research.The second chapter sets forth the time horizons of dynamic learning model construction of the adult education graduate. The passage explains the necessity and the inevitability in building the dynamic learning model for the adult education separately from the three aspects including learning goals, character, and style, highlighting the individual characteristic of the learning pattern, proposing new ideas for the model construction trends.The third chapter interpreted the essence of the implication of the dynamic learning pattern for adult education students. It explored reasonably on the three core factors like the model's objective, content, and method in the pattern constructing with the effects of the lifelong education theory, constructivist learning theory, and human capital theory insight. Besides, it detailed the road context of the five ways as "teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction, cognition-action, majors interaction, learning-research interaction" in the operating mechanism of this dynamic learning model.The fourth chapter investigated the professional adult education student's present studying situation by the questionnaires and interviews, bringing up the existing students- influential problems of the learning model construction by analysis the survey information and data. It deeply analyzed and summarized the key factors on the mentor staff construction, course system, and the graduate study style, serving the realistic basis for the further paper research.The fifth chapter described the strategy of the dynamic learning model construction for the adult education graduate. This part clearly pointed the model construction's guidelines and overall objectives, the basic principle and the functional design. Further plus, it showed scientific design for the dynamic learning model from the establishment of the learning guide mechanism, learning evaluation mechanism, and learning resources complementary mechanism. Most importantly, it provided feasible path for the paper moving forward the practice from the theory.The final conclusion served as the deep reflection and follow-up study expectations to the paper. The passage dissects the problems like data and information, index, practical operation, hoping people can study further from t he research ideas, methods, objectives etc. the series problems.
