Research On The Cultivation Of The Career Planning Abilities For College Students

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which correspondingly puts forward new requirements for the growth and development of college students in our country.How to optimize the training mechanism of college students and improve their career planning ability in order to better adapt to the new requirements of China's modernization and the general trend of social development has become an important issue that colleges and universities must face and solve.The regulations on the Construction of the counselors in ordinary Colleges and Universities,which came into effect on October 1,2017,clearly include "career planning and employment and entrepreneurship guidance" as one of the"main duties of counselors".Counselors are required to "provide students with scientific career planning,employment guidance and related services to help students establish a correct concept of employment." This means that college students' career planning and employment guidance have become an important content and task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and its effect is the cultivation of college students' career planning ability.it has naturally become an important standard to measure the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,the research on the cultivation of college students' career planning ability has important theoretical value and the significance of the times.In order to study the cultivation of college students' career planning ability,it is necessary to take the educational function of ideological and political education as the starting point and focus.Based on Marxist theory on the round development of human being,Marxist view of youth and the environmental theory of ideological and political education,this paper systematically combs the logical context of the research on career planning ability and its development and evolution,and sums up the basic principles of cultivating college students' career planning ability.This paper systematically discusses the relevant theories of career planning ability,and analyzes the development and research status of college students' career planning ability,such as structure,influencing factors,training path and so on.In this regard,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development and cultivation of college students'career planning ability,this paper will construct the path and mode of cultivating and promoting college students' career planning ability.it also focuses on solving the problem of how to deeply integrate the cultivation process of college students' career planning ability with ideological and political education,so as to truly realize the effectiveness of ideological and political education.The career planning ability of contemporary college students includes the ability of self-cognition,career information processing,goal setting and self-motivation,job-hunting,communication and coordination,professional competence and adjustment,balance of career and life and so on.The process of cultivating college students' career planning ability is a unified process in which educators exert influence on educatees and educatees receive education.Some principles should be followed to realize the cultivation of college students' career ability.The cultivation goal of college students' career planning ability should follow the principles of direction,purpose and difference.The contents of the cultivation of college students'career planning ability should follow the organic combination of social development and personal development needs,the combination of knowledge teaching and ability training,inheriting the national spirit and carrying forward the spirit of the times.The cultivation methods of college students' career planning ability should follow the principles of dredging and guiding method,incentive and whipping method,model method and life infiltration method.First of all,by compiling and revising the "College students' career Planning questionnaire" and the interview outline,the paper investigates and analyzes the development and cultivation of contemporary college students' career planning ability,influencing factors,cultivation and promotion path.The study found that with the further refinement of the current social occupational division of labor,college students' professional values tend to be diversified,career choices become more diverse,and employment difficulties are also highlighted.However,at present,there are some problems in the practice of higher education,such as insufficient attention and investment in the development and cultivation of college students' career planning ability,single cultivation path,insufficient scope and depth of implementation,and the dispersion of the system is difficult to form a joint force.The study also found that the main reason for restricting the effectiveness of the cultivation of college students' career planning ability is the differences in individual ability and personality of college students.The factors causing this difference are attributed to five aspects:gender,whether the class cadre,whether the only child,the location of the family and the grade.The effectiveness of restricting the cultivation of college students' career planning ability is also closely related to the environment of college students,including family environment,school environment and social environment.For this reason,in order to cultivate college students' career planning ability,we should not only pay attention to their self-cognition,career information processing,goal setting and self-motivation,job hunting and career selection,communication and coordination,career competence and adjustment,and balance the cultivation of career and life ability.we should pay more attention to students'life-long development and promote students' all-round growth.The cultivation of college students' career planning ability is not only a continuous and dynamic process,but also a process of cultivation and promotion.On the one hand,we should follow the universal law,carry out the career planning and cultivation of college students throughout all processes of their academic career,and strive to be reflected in every college student.On the other hand,while comprehensively cultivating,we should also do a good job in micro-control and dynamic adjustment,so as to improve the self-management ability of college students' career planning.Specifically,the cultivation of college students' career ability can be carried out from five aspects:first,to give full play to the leading role of educators to create career planning situations;second,to give full play to the educatees' active role and stimulate the motivation of career planning;third,to give full play to the role of educational media to promote the effective realization of career planning;fourth,to give full play to the environmental infection role of ideological and political education and create a good atmosphere for career planning.The fifth is to construct the evaluation mechanism and promote the scientization,normalization and standardization of career planning.
