The Research On Student's Occupation Career Planning In School Of Management,X University

As the college enrollment system reform,great changes have taken place in China's education in the 21st century.Student education no longer blindly emphasis on academic performance,but pay more and more attention to students' way of thinking and action mode and value orientation of the comprehensive quality education.However,in the face of unprecedented pressure of the employment situation,how to improve the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students,promote the competitiveness of the professional,The college students career planning has thus been one of critical topics and bring greater challenges to the college educators.Based on the fresh referenced data from the school of management,Xiamen University,the author has done detailed analysis on the status quo and according problems of college student's career planning.We wish our results can provide beneficial suggests on the career planning for the college students.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the paper introduction,it mainly introduces the concept of the research background,significance.The second chapter presents the related theory about the College Student's occupation career planning from three aspects,the first is to introduce the concept and significance and basic steps of College Student's occupation career planning while the second is to clarify the Affecting factors,the three is to introduces the classical theory of occupation career planning.The three chapter is the analysis on the current situation of students' occupation career planning from the School of Management,X University.The questionnaire on the samples is performed and the existed problems and the reasons are analyzed.The fourth Chapter gives some suggestions on how to optimize the College Students' occupation career planning.The fifth chapter is a conclusion on the above mentioned contents.
