Entrepreneurship education is an important breakthrough in promoting comprehensive reform of higher vocational education and improving the quality of students' employment.Entrepreneurial education organization play a very important role in advancing entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges.The number of entrepreneurial education organizations in higher vocational colleges in China has increased rapidly under the promotion of external forces,but the increase in the number of organizations has not brought about an improvement in quality.The lack of function of the entrepreneurial education organization is one of the important reasons that makes it difficult to improve its quality,because the lack of function makes the organization's goals ambiguous and scattered,and further leads to inefficient and generalized organizational behavior.This has to make us reflect on and review the function and value of entrepreneurial education organization in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of heterogeneity,exploring the function and realization of entrepreneurial education organizations in this special field of higher vocational colleges is the basic prerequisite to promote organizational development and behavior optimization.Based on the functionalist analysis paradigm,the realization of entrepreneurial education organization is further decomposed into functional implementation methods and mechanisms.The article as a whole follows the logical thinking of “objective function(what?)-way of function realization(how?)-mechanism of function realization(why?)-path of function realization(how?)”.In order to explore the function of a more scientific and rational higher vocational entrepreneurial education organization,this study positions the organizational function on the actual results presented objectively,rather than the results given to the organization by subjective logic.Based on this,the study selects a case study method,and uses the three-level coding method,single-case analysis,and cross-case comparison methods to sort out and analyze the data based on field investigations of typical higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations.Combining the empirical functionalism theory of Robert King Merton and the structural theory of Anthony Giddens,the study constructed the theory analytical framework that is“objective function-social practice(organizational behavior)-behavioral mechanism”.Social practice is the organization's behavior mode,it determines and reflects the objective function of the organization,and the behavior mechanism reflects the inherent law and role relationship of the organization's behavior.First of all,this study extracts the objective functions of higher vocational entrepreneurial education organization and the main ways to realize the functions from the empirical data of the survey.Then,this study analyzes and discusses the internal mechanism of the realization of the function of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education theoretically.Finally,based on the realization mechanism and action logic of organizational functions,this study clarifies the current predicament of organizational action in higher vocational entrepreneurship education and proposes an optimized path.Based on the three-level coding analysis of the survey data,it was concluded that higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations presented four objective functions: “decision-making and implementation function”,“ intermediary integration function ”,“type enhancement function” and “cultural gathering function”.Among them,the decision-making and implementation and Intermediary integration are obvious functions,that is,the effects of the organization's intentional arrangement;type enhancement and cultural convergence are hidden functions,that is,the effects of the organization's unintentional arrangement,which are indirectly and implicitly generated by organizational actions.Entrepreneurial education organization,as a specialized organization that promotes the refined development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,not only to designing,implementing and serving the development of entrepreneurship education,but also to break through the barriers between professional education and entrepreneurship education in a variety of ways to promote the integrated development of professional education and entrepreneurship education.The action of higher vocational entrepreneurial education organization intensifies and highlights the characteristics of higher vocational education as a type of education.At the same time,entrepreneurial education organizations gradually formed a strong higher vocational entrepreneurial culture atmosphere in their actions,and became an identity and inheritor of entrepreneurial culture.To achieve the above four functions,higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations mainly adopt the methods of “organizational transformation”,“integration strategy selection”,“adaptive connection” and “sign establishment”.From the strategic planning at the macro level,to the organization's own reforms and specific behaviors,to the process of entrepreneurship education culture nurturing and identification,the practical actions of higher vocational entrepreneurial education organization reflect the deep advancement process from the practice of the education system to the integration of innovation the progress,the expansion of the scope from a local pilot to infiltrate the higher vocational education system,and the logical direction from specific practical actions to abstract sublimation.The reason why the function of the higher vocational entrepreneurial education organization can be realized is that the organization chooses to adopt the abovementioned behavior mode,which internally embodies the “resource empowerment mechanism”,“rule adjustment mechanism” and “interactive integration mechanism”.Under the influence of internal and external environment,the entrepreneurial education organizational action is always in the process of “rationalization” and “reflection monitoring”.The organization forms itself through repeated practical actions and regenerates the operating conditions through organizational actions.The process of reproduction involves the interweaving and interaction of meaning,normative elements and rights.First,the action of higher vocational entrepreneurial education organization is driven and guided by configuration resources and authoritative resources.The actions of China's higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations are typically externally driven.The investment in entrepreneurship education and the construction of university students' entrepreneurship parks promote the widespread practice of higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations in the short term.At the same time,organizational actions are affected by both administrative and expert rights.Second,higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations are subject to the regulation and adjustment of legal order and ideographic symbols.Policy orientation is the vane of organizational behavior and its self-regulation;the concept and culture of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education is a booster of organizational behavior and its behavior regulation.Third,the vocational entrepreneurial education organizational action is an adaptive behavior and characteristic choice in the process of interactive integration.In the process of interaction and integration between“organizations at the same level” and “between organizations and systems”,higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations improve organizational adaptability through organizational learning,alliance cooperation,and mutual benefit and symbiosis.Accurate positioning,organizational competition and cultural identity promote the organization's distinctive choices.Based on the realization mechanism of the organization function of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education,the action logic of the realization of the organizational function is deduced.In other words,if higher vocational entrepreneurial education organizations want to effectively perform their functions,the driving force of organizational action should be changed from government-led to external and endogenous motivations.Organizations should find their proper positions in a multi-interaction network,to clarify their own functions and values,to tap and cultivate the advantages and characteristics of the organization.At the same time,it should be recognized that “organization” is not the purpose of organizational action.Any organization is to meet a certain social purpose or need.For entrepreneurial education organizations,the process by which the concept of entrepreneurship education is gradually integrated into the higher vocational system is the process by which organizational functions are fully and completely realized,and the organization itself is in the process of “deorganization”.However,in retrospect,the problems of insufficient endogenous motivation of entrepreneurial education organizations,path dependence and imitation convergence in the process of interaction,multiple collaboration barriers and organizational behavior alienation are still obvious.In response to these problems,the author puts forward the path of optimizing the function of entrepreneurial education organization with “ideology first—from point to area—dislocation development—multiple linkages” in order to provide reference for further advancement of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges in China.
