Purpose: Based on the epidemiological investigation of chronic sports injury of fingers of Esports athletes, this study describes the prevalence and judges the characteristics of injury. Then, the characteristics of finger motor dysfunction are deeply explored, and a targeted functional training program is constructed based on and guided by this.It is expected to improve the finger motor dysfunction of E-sports athletes, alleviate the chronic finger sports injury and improve the professsional sports ability. At the same time,it contributes to enriching the theory and practice of physical injury of E-sports athletes.Study 1: Epidemiological investigation of chronic finger injury. Methods: questionnaire survey was used. The respondents are professional athletes, amateur athletes and ordinary players(mainly college students).Results:(1)the prevalence of finger chronic sports injury in ordinary players was 10.19%,that in amateur athletes was 38.00%,and that in professional athletes was85.19%.(2)The prevalence of finger chronic sports injury was significantly positively correlated with training years and athlete level.(3)The prevalence of chronic sports injury in the right finger of athletes is higher than that in the left. The painful fingers are mainly index finger and middle finger; The finger pain of ordinary players is mainly the thumb.(4)Most of the respondents’ finger pain is 2-4,and their finger ROM is limited, which has a slight impact on training and life, but there are repeated and continuous phenomena.(5)The treatment methods mainly focus on physical and medical means, which is characterized by short-term and local treatment.Study 2: Analysis of the characteristics of finger motor dysfunction. Methods: The test method was mainly used to recruit E-sports athletes and ordinary players(mainly college students who often participate in E-sports)from the survey objects of "Study 1".The test content included four dimensions: body shape, finger shape, body function and finger motor function.Results:(1)There were significant differences in age, weight,BMI and hip circumference(p<0.05);There were significant differences in waist circumference and waist hip ratio(p<0.01).(2)There was no significant difference in finger shape between athletes and college students(p>0.05).(3)There were significant differences in resting heart rate(RHR)and cardiac work index between athletes and college students(p<0.01).(4)There was no significant difference in finger pain among athletes;Compared with college students, the difference of left hand pain was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the difference of right hand pain was statistically significant(p<0.01).(5)The athletes’ own comparison results showed that there was no significant difference in grip strength between the left and right hands(p>0.05),and there was no significant difference in pinch strength except for the left and right of thumb and middle finger(p>0.05).Compared with college students, the difference of left and right hand grip strength was statistically significant(p<0.01).Except for the difference between thumb and middle finger, the difference of other fingers was statistically significant(p<0.05).(6)Compared with the athletes themselves, there was no significant difference in the sense of pinch force between the left and right hands(p>0.05);Compared with college students,it was found that there was no significant difference in the sense of pinch force between other fingers(p<0.05),except that there was no significant difference in the sense of thumb and index finger, the outside(left)of thumb and index finger, thumb and little finger(left)(p>0.05).(7)The ROM limitation of athletes’ left and right hands is different;Compared with college students,it is found that the ROM limitation of athletes’ right hand is higher than that of their left hand.(8)The left and right hands of athletes were stable and flexible, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);Compared with college students, there were significant differences in left hand stability and flexibility(p<0.05).Study 3: The construction and Empirical Study of functional training program for chronic finger sports injury. Methods: Mainly experimental method.Based on the characteristics of finger motor dysfunction of E-sports athletes in "Study 2",a targeted functional training program was designed.E-sports athletes were intervened for 8 weeks,3 times a week,24 times in total. The differences before and after intervention were analyzed by testing relevant indicators.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in body shape between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention(p>0.05);(2)Experimental group: there was significant difference before and after RHR intervention(p<0.01);The difference of cardiac function index before and after the experiment was statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in the control group before and after experimental intervention(p>0.05).(3)In the experimental group, there was significant difference between left and right hand pain before and after intervention(p<0.01);There was no significant difference in the control group before and after experimental intervention(p>0.05).(4)In the experimental group, there was significant difference in left and right hand strength(grip strength and pinch strength)(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the control group(p>0.05).(5)In the experimental group, there was significant difference in the sense of grip strength on the right side before and after the intervention(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the sense of grip strength on the left side(p>0.05).However,the difference between the left and right sides decreased from 0.4 before the experiment to 0.2 after the experiment. There were significant differences between the left and right sides of thumb and middle finger(p<0.01),between thumb and index finger(left and right),between thumb and ring finger(right)(p<0.05),and between other fingers(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in the sense of grip and pinch in the control group(p>0.05).(6)Experimental group: ROM had statistical significance before and after intervention(p<0.05),and the gap between left and right hands narrowed; There was no significant difference in the control group(p>0.05).(7)Experimental group: there was significant difference in finger stability and flexibility before and after intervention(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in the control group(p>0.05).(8)Experimental group: except that there was no significant difference in athletes’ simple reaction time and the accuracy of keyboard tapping before and after the intervention(p>0.05),the other indexes were statistically significant before and after the intervention(p<0.05),and the professional sports ability was significantly improved after the intervention. There was no significant difference in the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The rapid growth rate, high prevalence rate and insufficient understanding of hand injury of E-sports athletes. The key to the different degree of hand injury is that the left and right fingers need to perform different target tasks.(2)The finger movement dysfunction of E-sports athletes is obvious, mainly due to weak strength, weak proprioception, large ROM gap between the left and right fingers, the ROM limitation of the right finger is significantly higher than that of the left hand, the overall lack of finger stability and flexibility, and the stability and flexibility of the right hand are higher than that of the left hand.(3)Functional training program can reduce the finger pain of athletes, improve the limitation of motor function, and improve the professional sports ability of athletes.(4)In a certain range, there is a corresponding relationship between athletes’ finger motor function and professional sports ability.
