By combing the literature on the current situation of theme teaching model and task driven teaching model,the study reviews and analyzes the development of primary school theme teaching model along the historical context from the year of reform and opening-up till now.It further explains the connotation of primary school theme teaching model,and clarified its characteristics,values,functions and constituent elements,trying to lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of theme teaching model in primary school.In view of the main problems existing in theme teaching,this study analyzes the role of task driven teaching in promoting students' leaning,and organically combines the task driven teaching and theme teaching model.According to the theoretical basis,the task driven theme teaching mode in primary school is designed and implemented in the operation procedures.At the same time,the teaching evaluation system is also constructed to effectively guide the practice of theme teaching.The task driven theme teaching model in primary school constructed in this study is a teaching program to carry out theme task activities based on boundary elimination theory and constructivism theory,focusing on specific topics in order to improve students' awareness of active exploration and ability to use comprehensive knowledge to solve problems.Firstly,it is guided by certain teaching theories or teaching ideas.Teachers choose specific topics and set teaching objectives according to curriculum standards and current primary school students' cognitive characteristics and interests.Secondly,it is the teaching design of task driven theme teaching model.Teachers focus on the theme according to the learning situation,integrate relevant subject knowledge and living environment,to reconstruct the teaching contents,and design several progressive sub theme tasks from basic tasks to challenging tasks and then to creative activities.By creating a real situation and leading it into the theme task,we can stimulate students' curiosity about the theme task and invest them in the theme learning.By the end of teaching,teachers shall evaluate the students' the task according to the evaluation criteria and summarize the sublimation theme teaching content.Finally,in the way of cooperative study,students find and analyze problems driven by theme tasks,deepen the understanding of problems according to their own life experience,and gradually form a deep understanding of knowledge.The study finds some problems during the investigation of the theme teaching practice in S primary school: lacking of the power guarantee to promote students' continuous exploration;lacking of the feedback of continuous improvement;lacking of teaching concept innovation and the breakthrough path.In view of the above mentioned problems,the study combines with the school's running characteristics and constructs the primary school task driven theme teaching model.The process of task driven theme teaching model in primary school is composed of five operation steps:theme selection ?theme teaching task setting ? theme teaching content setting ?creating theme task situation ?teaching evaluation feedback.Task driven theme teaching model in primary school is not only a way to optimize classroom teaching,but also an effective way to promote the continuous improvement of classroom teaching.The model solves the problems of teachers' inappropriate selection of task themes,standardized subject contents,the lack of progressive promotion in task design,and the imperfect evaluation system.The model realizes the appropriateness of subject selection,improves the relationship between disciplines,defines the overall structure of subject contents,and promotes the integration ability of teaching,expands the theme situation space,strengthens students' learning and experience of the task theme,establishes the theme teaching evaluation and incentive system,enhances teachers' participation and improves the theme improvement strategy,so as to promote students' development and improve the quality of school education and teaching.From the perspective of the future development of the practice of theme teaching model in primary school,although there are various deficiencies and problems,it still has extensive practical value and broad research prospects.To sum up,as an improvement means of school education and teaching,the theme teaching model of primary school meets the requirements of teaching reform and educational talent training.According to the actual development needs of students and the school's different internal mechanism and external environment,there is still a lot of practical space to explore the theme teaching model suitable for specific school and promote the optimization of education and teaching quality.Many problems such as the scope of the theme teaching model in primary school are worthy of further study.
