Research On Quality Control System Of Training In Sport Skills Major Undergraduates In China's Physical Education Universities

This dissertation based on the concept of “student-center”,applying literature data method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,interview method,case study method to analyze the current situation of training Sports Skills Major Undergraduates(SSMU)in domestic and foreign P.E.universities.According to the overall requirements of the Communist Party of China and the state as well as the actual needs of society,drawing on theories of cybernetics,total quality management,supply-side structural reform and the Marxist theory of comprehensive development of human beings,this paper formed a training quality control system of SSMU in P.E.universities which is consist of the quality standard of talent training,the full range of talent training path,and the internal guaranteed mechanism of talent training.Based on the control module of talent training process,this essay designs a“leading-self-control” training mode of SSMU in P.E.universities,conducts an experiment for1.5 year in Tianjin University of Sport to test the applying results.The research results provide an approach for the conduction to improve the training quality of sports skills major undergraduates and promote the achievement of successful running P.E.universities to satisfy people.The study mainly drew the following conclusions:Firstly,on the basis of literature analysis and the interviews of experts,the cultivation standard of SSMU in P.E.universities is organically composed of such five dimensions as moral qualities,intellectual ability,physical fitness and aesthetic appreciation and labor skills according to the employment field and service orientation of sports skills major undergraduates.This also stresses the moral qualities as the guide to cultivating talents,intelligence as the core of academic improvement,physical conditions as the most prominent feature,mind status as the foundation of quality improvement,and community services as the foundation of professional spirit.Summarizing the training objectives,specifications and professional standards of SSMU in P.E.universities,specific control standards,such as courses,experimental teaching,teaching materials,practice and graduation project(thesis)of sports skills major undergraduates,should be formulated.All these provide useful references for higher P.E.universities to formulate the quality standard of SSMU.Secondly,by using the Delphi method and after conducting two rounds of mail survey among 32 national experts in the field of higher education management,we could determine the fully comprehensive and professional training control system for SSMU that contains three parts(input control,process control and output control modules),14 primary indexes and 48 secondary indexes.Among them,the input control module includes such five first-level control indicators as professional planning,teaching staff,enrollment quality,teaching conditions and internal governance system to optimize all kinds of teaching resources reserve.Process control module is the effective control of the whole process of the SSMU including 6 first-level control indicators,which include course construction,practical teaching,extracurricular activities,service on student growth,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and study atmosphere.The output control includes three first-level control indexes,namely education effect,professional culture and social evaluation,which are the evaluation of the final effect of SSMU.The secondary indexes of comprehensive control system on SSMU include all the professional orientation and planning,the talent training scheme,quantity and structure,educational level,effort input,teacher training,admission,admission characteristics,teaching facilities,teaching funds,social resources,regulations,organization structure,management team,quality culture,course design,classroom teaching,teaching content,teaching material,examination setup,experiment teaching,competition,and internship,graduation design(paper),the second classroom design,campus culture,second campus,service content,organization and security,feedback system,innovation,entrepreneurship and innovation achievements,learning effort,competition participation,academic atmosphere,examination discipline,moral cultivation,sports skills,vocational competency,employment quality,self-growth satisfaction,cultural inheritance,characteristics and achievements,recognition rate of teachers and students,parents' satisfaction,employer evaluation,social reputation.To a certain extent,the accurate quality control of the whole training process of SSMU in P.E.universities would be achieved.Thirdly,the internal guarantee mechanism of training quality of SSMU in P.E.universities should regulate and intervene the teaching production relations among administrators,teachers and educatee by centering on the two core elements of evaluation and distribution.According to the principle of honeycomb organization,this dissertation reconstitutes the control organization,restructures the control document,emphasizes the Teacher-Classified Management and strengthens the professional management teams.At the same time,the guarantee channels for expected quality and the evaluation system should be established to guarantee the achievement of the standard and the benefit distribution system match the post contribution so as to reconstruct through performance reform,so that this would ensure the standard quality reach and even transcend the requirements.Fourthly,on the basis of the all-round control system of training quality in universities,a“leading-self-control” training mode in P.E.universities could be established,which covers courses,internship and practical training,entrepreneurship and innovation education,inter-school cooperation,professional culture,and the reform on team training.As the combination of “dominance” and “controlling”,the core of this “controlling” pattern would be strengthened,namely the independent growth and new value increased.“Leading-self-control”training mode which had been applied in TJUS for the past 1.5 years,has achieved positive effects approving by the comparation of the employment and choices after graduation,their salary level,as well as 1011 questionnaire survey from TJUS.The results show that "leading-self-control" training mode could effectively improve the training quality of SSMU and the satisfaction of SSMU as well.
