Quality Control Of Entrepreneurship Talents Cultivation In OC Colleges Based On QFD Theory

The 21^stcentury is known as“the era of entrepreneurship.”Entrepreneurship education is rapidly developed while it wins comparatively poor results in vocational colleges.The good developmental posture of innovation and entrepreneurship ensures the good development prospect of it.If OC Vocational College can grasp the opportunity and keep pace with the times by adjusting the training program with the aim of adapting to the continuously changing requirement of the entrepreneurial market,can positively make use of the entrepreneurial talent,intelligence advantage inside college and bring together the entrepreneurial elements and resources outside college,the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents will present prominent features and achieve great success.The research contents of the present thesis star from the broad environment of the entrepreneurial market and the general situation of the present entrepreneurial talents.Then the author makes some research on the relative conditions of in Xiamen City,Fujian Province.It mainly deals with the development and potential of entrepreneurial market in Fujian Province,the effects the governmental policies make on the entrepreneurial undertaking in Fujian Province.Then the author analyzes the general condition,the advantages and the limitations of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents.The great importance the government attaches to the entrepreneurial education and the great support from the society make the opportunity for it and provide comparatively good external supportive system,which makes it possible that the innovative and entrepreneurial education is widely launched in Fujian Province.However,there exists difference in the level of value,the school-running features and the occupation of the resources in different colleges,so the developmental courses of the innovative and entrepreneurial education are different.Compared with the undergraduate universities,the theoretical research of the entrepreneurial education and the practical education especially empirical research are relatively weak.The entrepreneurial education in many colleges is similar with the education mode of undergraduate universities and it fails to combine the features of college,as a result its pertinence and timeliness are not good enough.The author analyses the quality control and the cultivation mode of the entrepreneurial talents by using the STP Theory and the Quality Function Deployment Theory.Positively making use of the advanced construction methods and development experience of other colleges,the author highlights the market-oriented cultivation strategies of talents and makes reforms and innovations by combining its own school-running features.The author also refines the training program of talents from the aspects of the quality core,quality basis and quality assistance on the basis of the importance of cultivation quality and finally proposes the talent cultivation method which is in line with the actual condition of the college.
