Research On The Realization Path And Spatial Organization Structure Of New Urbanization In Dalian

Urbanization has been a hot issue in theory fields and government, especially whenour country began to implement the new urbanization strategy, the theoreticalresearch and empirical research on urbanization reached an unprecedentedattention.Currently, the new urbanization strategy and the main functional areasstrategy are actively developing. Based on this background, how to adjust regionalurban spatial organization, how to choose the realizing way, how to configure urbanservice nodes, and other related issues attracted wide attention of experts and scholars.This paper uses the global area of Dalian as the research area. Firstly, discusseswhat the basic issue in Dalian new urbanization research is. After collating andsummarizing relevant research literature and theory, combined with the backgroundof Dalian global urbanization, analyzes and summarizes relevant concepts which havebeen proposed and puts forward the basic content of Dalian new urbanization. On thisbasis, analyzes the main features of Dalian new urbanization. Secondly, analyzes thedevelopment course of Dalian urbanization and its main problems, and then,determines the index evaluation system of Dalian new urbanization and demonstratesthe scientific nature and rationality of the index evaluation system. Thirdly, based onthis index system, evaluates the process of new urbanization and gets the progress ofcurrent global urbanization and then determines the basis for the next step whichinvolves reasonable adjustments in the form of spatial organization.Through the discussion of general pattern in new urbanization, proposes Dalianfour spatial organizations including1432basic communities unit. The four spatialorganizations are land space, industrial space, urban living and ecological corridors.Using unit as the research object, under the principle of industrial layout andemployment priority, discusses the optimization in the layout of city service nodeswhich caused by population migration. Elects four nodes and constructs the urbannodes system.Lastly,proposes solutions to optimize the layout of Dalian city servicenodes and proposes specific paths to promote new urbanization in Dalian.Full text reads as follows?Chapter1is an introduction. It mainly introduces the research background,significance, research methods, content and technology roadmap.Chapter2is a research summary. Through the review of the existing literatureabout urbanization, new urbanization, spatial organization and other related research,analyzes the existing problems in relevant research and its main reason, and then,defines the basic arguments and the main content of this paper. Chapter3is basic theory. From the basic concept of cities, towns to start,summarizes the sources and development of urbanization concept and analyzes therelationship between the concepts of urban and rural. On this basis, proposes theconnotation of Dalian new urbanization and summarizes its features.Chapter4is a research of index system about new urbanization. Through theanalysis of traditional urbanization index system, confirm the "S-2-15" newurbanization comprehensive close degree index system of Dalian and explains itscharacteristics. Under the basis of analyzing the development process of Dalianurbanization, use the index system to evaluate each area's new urbanizationdevelopment process in the city.Chapter5is a research about new urbanization spatial organization in Dalian.Based on the general spatial layout pattern of urbanization, from the aspects ofnational spatial organization, industrial spatial organization, urban life and variousecological corridors, discusses the spatial organization forms of Dalian newurbanization.Chapter6is a research about optimization of urban service nodes. Based on the1432community units in the city, using GIS network analysis methods, discusses theoptimization of urban service nodes. Propose the urban node system which has fourgrades and could deliver urban civilization in more efficient way.Chapter7from the aspects of functional improvement, development transformation,ecological civilization and people living, discusses the specific paths to promote thenew urbanization process in Dalian.Chapter8is the conclusion and outlook. This chapter will define the substitutivecharacteristics of the new urbanization in Dalian, build a new index system of newurbanization and evaluate the urbanization progress of each administrative unit basedon index system. Then it will propose spatial organization form of organizationalpattern of national spatial?industrial spatial structure?layout of urban node andconstruction of ecological corridor. Finally, the chapter will summarize the mainresearch results and innovation points, propose the optimized layout of city servicenode, select5levels nodes. The problems of spatial organization form and evaluationindex system need to research in future.
