Spatial-temporal And Research On The Evaluation Of New-type Urbanization In Jiangxi

The transformation of economic development is the main direction of China’s urbanization and an important decision to promote economic growth.From the past experience,urbanization,which is mainly to the development of the city,not only caused the industrial structure is unreasonable,but also resulted in the depletion of resources,environmental pollution,intensified conflictsbetween urban and rural.The new urbanization is the new situation of the combination of agricultural modernization and new industrialization.It solves the problems brought by the traditional way and provides a guarantee for the sustainable development of urbanization.Therefore,taking the road of new urbanization is the inevitable trend to develop the cause of urbanization in China.Jiangxi Province is the Holy Land of China,so China’s "red land" reputation,the development of various aspects of the economy has caught the country’s attention.However,compared with the national average,the level of urbanization of Jiangxi is not high.So there is still a certain gap.This is why Jiangxi’s "second Five Year Plan" has repeatedly stressed the problem of new urbanization.Therefore,after measuring the level of new urbanization of Jiangxi Province,it is found the problem is essential.Based on the new urbanization development plan of Jiangxi Province,this paper establishes a new evaluation index system of urban development level from the aspects of economic development,which includes residents’ living,infrastructure,ecological environment,urban and rural coordination.Based on the panel data of 11 districts of Jiangxi Province from 2003 to 2015,the entropy method was used to study the development level of the new urbanization.It is found that the regional development level of Jiangxi new urbanization level was imbalance.The cumulative weight of the economic development index layer is the largest,and the marginal utility of the new urbanization is relatively high,but the weight of the various indicators are not the same.From the spatial distribution of the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province,the evolution of the time and spatial agglomeration characteristics can be intuitive to see the new urbanization evolution of the time course.From the discovery of new urbanization in the process of the shortcomings of the new urbanization in Jiangxi Province,some measures of development are proposed.
