Research On The Evolution Process And Evaluation Of Urbanization Policy In China

This study starts with the relevant policies of urbanization in China.It summarizes and interprets the evolution process of urbanization policy in China,and evaluates it.This thesis is based on the logic of "history and reality,empirical analysis,theoretical construction,policy thinking",and it based on China's past policy and the current situation.On the research paradigm,this paper belongs to the content analysis to policy text;finally,this paper draws a conclusion based on data and theoretical analysis.On the surface,this thesis is research on urbanization policy.As a matter of fact,it is to explore the deep mechanism and the gain and loss of urbanization in China,especially in order to explore the path and problems of urbanization in China.At last,the paper draws the new theory and policy suggestion of urban development.This thesis focuses on the government behavior in the urbanization.For example,what kind of policy has been formulated by the government? Why did the government make such a policy? What different results to do or not to do? Why don't they choose another policy? And what the government will do in the future?In brief,the full text is divided into four main parts: The first part is to set up a general overview of the process of urbanization in China in the eyes of history,and to explore the political and economic principles among them.This part explains the innovation of the process of urbanization in China.The second part is the content analysis of the evolution process of urbanization policy in New China;it is the empirical research part of this paper.And on this basis,this paper draws the historical evolution route of China's urbanization policy.With the development of the national economy and the social development level,urbanization mode is from "utility oriented urbanization" to "people oriented urbanization",urbanization policy is gradually from the political service to the economic construction,and then to the social and cultural construction.The third part is the evaluation of policy content based on the analysis of the evolution process.This paper makes an evaluation system,with its "economic,social,cultural and environment," as the main index,and focus on the importance of human indicators to the development of the city.At last it summarizes the policy of the new China's urbanization.The fourth part is some thinking and suggestion on the future development of China's urbanization.In particular,this paper presents a view of the direction of the urbanization policy in the "Thirteen five" period in China at the end of the paper.This study hopes to present a picture of the history,present situation and future development of Chinese urbanization.By understanding what is the old city like and what is the city like now,to explore what future cities should be like.
