With the development of China's digital economy,vigorously developing digital agriculture,implementing digital rural strategy and promoting agricultural digital transformation have become the strategic focus and priority development direction of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Driven by a series of national policies,the rural network infrastructure has been gradually improved,the Internet penetration rate has increased significantly,and the scale of Internet users has grown rapidly.It accelerates agricultural products e-commerce development and promotes the transformation of traditional industries to digital.Agricultural products e-commerce represents the way that individuals or enterprises directly sell agricultural products to consumers with the help of the third-party e-commerce platform.Due to the different resources of agricultural products in different regions,there are also differences in the level of economic development,which leads to different degrees of agricultural products e-commerce development.At present,the centralized development of agricultural products e-commerce has appeared in some regions.With the increase of the number and scale of enterprises,it will attract more resources in the region,such as labor,capital and technology,thus forming the agglomeration phenomenon of agricultural products e-commerce.And it could promote the transformation of agricultural industry,enhance the development potential of the region,and make the agglomeration of agricultural products e-commerce closely connected with the development of regional economy,and has a certain driving effect on the surrounding areas.Northeast China is the main grain producing area.Limited by the traditional circulation mode,there has been a large backlog of traditional agricultural products,and farmers have increased production without increasing income,which has restricted the development of local economy.In recent years,the agricultural products e-commerce in Northeast China has been developing gradually,with its scale expanding and development speed accelerating.However,the development of different cities is imbalanced.Taking agricultural products e-commerce as the research object,and 36 cities in Northeast China as the study area,we try to describe present situation and spatial distribution pattern of agricultural products e-commerce,analyze the agglomeration evolution law,conduct empirical research on intrinsic relationship and spatial interaction between agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration and regional economic development.Based on above,this paper is divided into four aspects.First,based on the data from Alibaba platform,we summarize the development stage of agricultural products e-commerce in Northeast China.Then we analyze the development status of agricultural products e-commerce with the number,scale,sales volume and consumer evaluation of agricultural products online stores in Northeast China.And last,we point out the existing problems.Second,on the basis of agglomeration theory,we use Spatial Gini Index,Concentration Ratio and Location Quotient to measure the agglomeration level of agricultural products e-commerce in Northeast China.Then we take super efficiency DEA method and Malmquist index method to characterize the agglomeration efficiency.And last,we describe spatial distribution pattern and agglomeration evolution law of agricultural products e-commerce in Northeast China using agglomeration level and agglomeration efficiency.Third,in order to discuss internal relationship between agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration and regional economic development,the coupling system of 'agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration-regional economic development ' is constructed based on the system coupling theory.By establishing a reasonable evaluation index system,the comprehensive development index of the agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration subsystem and the regional economic development subsystem is calculated,and the coupling degree and coordination degree index model are adopted to measure the interactive relationship between the two subsystems.Fourth,based on the spatial interaction theory,we inspect the spillover effect of agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration.Then we construct Spatial Durbin Model to analyze the spatial relationship between agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration and regional economic development,and reveal the influencing factors.According to the research results,suggestions are put forward for government policies,and experience and enlightenment are provided for agricultural product operators.Through the above research,the following conclusions are summarized.First of all,there are rich agricultural products foundation and excellent agricultural products brand in Northeast China,which provides the basic guarantee for the development of agricultural products e-commerce industry.The industrial development has gone through the germination period,growth period and stable period.However,there is still a big gap with the national average,facing the problems of unbalanced development of agricultural products e-commerce between regions,low management level of online stores,and lagging construction of agricultural products brand.Second,the formation and evolution of agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration in Northeast China are affected by natural resource endowment and economic development conditions.With the development of agricultural products e-commerce,the agglomeration efficiency continues to improve in the regions with competitive advantages,but the development is stagnant or even backward in the regions without competitive advantage.The gap between cities is gradually expanding,forming a regional imbalance in the development of agricultural products e-commerce in Northeast China,which leads the level of agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration to increase.And it will promote industrial and local economic development.Third,there is a mutual influence and mutual promotion coupling relationship between the agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration and regional economic development in Northeast China,and the coupling relationship is increasing.But it has not completely formed a coordinated development state,indicating contradictions still exist in the process of agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration and regional economic development.For regions with high economic development level,the coupling coordination degree relationship is relatively strong.For some regions with better natural resources endowment,the coupling coordination relationship is relatively weak.Fourth,the agglomeration of agricultural products e-commerce in Northeast China has spillover effect.Local agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration plays a significant role in promoting local economic development,but the agglomeration from surrounding areas has no significant effect on local economic development.Meanwhile,local economic development has a significant effect on promoting local industrial agglomeration,but economic development from surrounding areas will inhibit local agglomeration.Last but not the least,there are some positive factors affecting agricultural products e-commerce agglomeration and economic development in Northeast China,including logistics infrastructure,information technology support,industrial structure and government support.However,natural resource endowment and human capital have no significant effect,and market demand has a negative impact.In order to expanding the sales of agricultural products in Northeast China,promoting the increase of agricultural income,accelerating the healthy development of agricultural e-commerce,promoting the digital transformation of agriculture and the construction of rural revitalization,we put forward targeted policy suggestions.It includes facing up to the imbalance of industrial development,promoting the development of agricultural products e-commerce according to local conditions;integrating superior resources and strengthening inter-regional cooperation;promoting the construction of agricultural products' brands,and creating diversified e-commerce modes;accelerating the construction of rural logistics infrastructure and improving the supporting service system of e-commerce.Meanwhile we also provide experience and inspiration to agricultural products e-commerce operators,including: learning network operation technology,strengthening the management skills of online stores;improving customer service quality and customer satisfaction.
