Research On Industrial Structure Effect Of Farmland Transfer

In recent years,China's agricultural development has made great achievements,but also faces a series of challenges.In response to the challenges,the state has made a strategic plan to further promote supply-side structural reform in agriculture.The supply-side structural reform in agriculture objectively requires deepening the reform of agricultural system,cultivating new business subjects developing appropriate scale operation,improving the socialized service system,and promoting the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development.The key is to make up the short board of agricultural development,that is,to promote the transfer of farmland,at the same time,to subdivide farmland management rights,further deepen the social division of labor,promote the integration of farmland scale economy and service scale economy.At the same time,a series of structural changes have taken place in China's agricultural field,but there are also some problems,such as the lack of vitality of the elements,the inability of the production structure to fully adapt to the demand of consumption,etc.the transfer of agricultural land is facing challenges such as " small-scale agricultural replication"," Involution ","non-grain growing " and so on.This paper discusses the mechanism of farmland transfer affecting the change of agricultural industrial structure,empirically analyzes the effect of industrial structure,,and puts forward countermeasures to expand the industrial structure effect of agricultural land transfer.Focusing on the main line of "farmland transfer-changes in agricultural industrial structure-agricultural economic growth",this paper constructs a structural effect of farmland transfer on the changes of agricultural industrial structure,and then on the growth of agricultural economy from three aspects of agricultural factor input structure,agricultural production structure,and agricultural industry integration structure,as well as quantitative proportion relationship and technical efficiency relationship analysis framework.Based on the study of the industrial structure effect of farmland transfer,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)farmland transfer causes the transfer of agricultural capital and labor force among farmers and between agricultural and non-agricultural sectors,which leads to the change of input structure of agricultural elements;farmland transfer has an important positive impact on the change of quantity proportion of input of agricultural elements,and on the change of technical efficiency of input of agricultural elements;There is a significant positive impact on the input structure of agricultural elements,the impact of farmland transfer on the changes of input structure of agricultural elements is generally weak.the change of the proportion of input structure of agricultural elements significantly affects the rationalization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure,but the change of technical efficiency is weak and negative to influence.(2)The transfer of farmland expands the scale of farmland management,which helps to increase the ratio of grain to economy and has a significant impact on the change of the quantity proportion of agricultural production structure;promotes the optimal allocation of agricultural elements,helps to improve the level of agricultural mechanization and has a significant positive impact on the technical efficiency of agricultural production structure;the change of the quantity proportion of agricultural production structure has a significant positive impact on the rationalization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.The technical efficiency change has a weak negative impact on the rationalization of agricultural industrial structure,and a significant positive impact on the formation of high degree.(3)The transfer of farmland has a significant impact on the change of the integration structure of agricultural industry;The further decomposition of the effect shows that the transfer of farmland can enhance the market driving force of the integration structure of agricultural industry,enhance the technical support force of the integration structure of agricultural industry,and strengthen the mechanism of interest connection between the integration management subjects of agricultural industry;The change of the integration structure of agricultural industry is conducive to the improvement of the rationalization level of the agricultural industrial structure,and shows a weak reverse trend with the upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure.(4)The transfer of farmland has a weak direct role in promoting agricultural economic growth;the scale management of farmland has a positive effect on agricultural economic growth,but the effect is weak;the optimization of agricultural industrial structure has an indirect effect on agricultural economic growth,among which the rationalization has a weak negative effect and the upgrading has a significant positive effect,that is,the transfer of farmland has a positive effect on agriculture economic growth has the effect of industrial structure.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: First,from the perspective of industrial structure,this paper constructs a theoretical framework to analyze the structural effect of farmland transfer,discusses the mechanism and effect of farmland transfer on the change of agricultural industrial structure,and then promotes the agricultural economic growth,and advances the analysis of the economic impact of farmland transfer to the field of industrial structure change and agricultural economic growth;second,in the aspect of theoretical research,structural economic growth theory is applied to explain the industrial structure effect of farmland transfer;empirical research,with the help of intermediary effect model,to analyze the effect of farmland transfer on agricultural economic growth through the optimization of agricultural industrial structure;thirdly,from the three aspects of agricultural factor input structure,agricultural production structure,agricultural industry integration structure,as well as quantitative proportion relationship and technical efficiency relationship,to analyze the impact of farmland transfer on the change of agricultural industrial structure deepens the research on the effect of agricultural industrial structure.
