Study On The Synergistic Development Of Composite System Of Tourism In Lingnan-Beibu Gulf

With the continuous promotion of regional tourism cooperation and the intensification of opening to the outside world,the tourism cooperation in the Lingnan-Beibu Gulf has achieved good results,has experienced the evolution process from collaborative development to synergistic development,but it is faced with three pairs of prominent contradictions:the strong agglomeration effect and the weak radiation effect,the active promotion of cooperation strategy and the backward development of cooperation effect,the preliminary embedded of the global value chain and the slow improvement of international competitiveness.The reason is that the tourism complex system have not formed a unified "centripetal force" in Lingnan-Beibu Gulf,there exist such phenomena as space separation,industry isomorphism and vassal economy,still in the dilemma of "low-end locking" of the global value chain.Therefore,the synergistic development of composite system is a new approach to the coordinated development of tourism in Lingnan-Beibu Gulf under the background of the new era.This paper takes the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism as the research object,and takes Lingnan-Beibu Gulf as the entry point,systematically explore the inherent laws of the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism.Following the logic of “finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems”,this paper consists of eight chapters,which can be logically summarized into six parts.The first part includes the first chapter,the second chapter,from theoretical and practical dimensions expounded the background and significance,elaborated systematically the research methods and research ideas,detailed analysis and research difficulty,overall grasp the basic framework of synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism,systematic analysis related research results at home and abroad and the basic theory,put forward the research purpose and value.The second part contents the third chapter,clarified the connotation and features of the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism,analyze the components in depth,constructed the logic analysis framework,deepen understand the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism of the initial conditions,structure dimensions,power,influence factors and the conduction path and so on,systematically analyze the forms and stages of collaborative development,to lay the theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis.The third part is the fourth chapter,systematically summarizes the integration development and evolution of the Lingnan-Beibu Gulf based on historical materials,elaborates the general situation of tourism development,systematically analyzes the current situation of synergistic development of tourism,holds the historical development context,summarizes its prominent contradictions,proposed that the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism is a new way of regional tourism synergistic development under the background of new era.The fourth part contains the fifth chapter,based on the theoretical basis to construct the system of the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism,using the entropy weight method,complex system coordination degree model,from Lingnan-Beibu Gulf,provincial level,urban agglomeration level three dimensions,empirical analysis the level and trajectory of the synergistic development of composite system,to explore the characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution.The fifth part contains the sixth chapter,using the panel VAR model,VAR model,from Lingnan-Beibu Gulf,provincial level,urban agglomeration level three dimensions,in-depth analysis the interaction of the complex system and subsystems,between subsystems,explore the inner law of the coordinated development of tourism complex system in Lingnan-Beibu Gulf.The sixth part covers the contents of the seventh chapter and the eighth chapter,based on in-depth analysis of the objective situation and actual data,proposed the targeted path and guarantee system for the synergistic development of composite system of tourism in Lingnan-Beibu Gulf,summarizes the research issues in simple and general language,summarizes the core ideas of this paper,indicates the purpose and significance of the research,explain the research innovation points,objectively examine the shortcomings of this research,and further put forward the development direction of the research.Through systematic research,the following five conclusions are drawn:first,to construct a theoretical analysis framework for the synergistic development of regional tourism complex system.The regional tourism is a complex system of circular development,the main components of the complex system of regional tourism are industrial chain,innovation chain and value chain,among which the industrial chain is the foundation,the innovation chain is the important force of reform,and the value chain is the development goal.The industrial chain,innovation chain and value chain have dynamic interactive relations of linkage,symbiosis and evolution,the industry chain expands the innovation chain,the innovation chain promotes the industry chain,the innovation chain promotes the value chain,the innovation chain reconstructs the innovation chain,the value chain optimizes the industry chain,the industry chain merges the value chain,the dynamic interaction among the subsystems further enhances the synergistic development effect of the regional tourism complex system.Secondly,the analysis of the synergistic development trajectory of the tourism composite system in Lingnan and Beibu Gulf is divided into two parts: the composite system and the subsystem,characterized by high agglomeration,strong fluctuation,complexity and low level of synergistic development.First of all,in terms of composite system,Lingnan-Beibu Gulf level shows a good trend of continuous development,the level evolution at provincial level shows the characteristics of triple agglomeration and high volatility,The level of urban agglomeration presents the characteristics of non-equilibrium and volatility.Next,the synergistic development trajectory of subsystems also presents the characteristics of oscillating rise,non-balance and complexity.Thirdly,the interaction between the composite system and subsystems is significant and lasts for a long time,but there are differences in the pulse response path,peak value,impact strength and other aspects,the systematic analysis is carried out from Lingnan-Beibu Gulf region,provincial level and urban agglomeration level.Fourth,there is a significant dynamic interaction between the subsystems,and the promoting effect lasts for a long time,but the degree of influence among the subsystems is not balanced,and the interaction between the subsystems in Lingnan-Beibu Gulf region,the provincial level,and the urban agglomeration level is different.Fifth,according to the inherent law and spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the synergistic development of the tourism composite system in Lingnan and Beibu Gulf region,five targeted paths are proposed.Respectively,focus on high-quality development,accelerate the formulation of plan of complex system synergistic development of regional tourism;focusing on innovation-driven targeting to enhance the level of synergistic development;strengthen the spillover effect of nuclear chain,gradually master the discourse power of global value chain;mining the digital economy industry,promote the development of emerging tourism industries;strengthen cooperation and exchanges,build a community of shared future.In addition,the security system is constructed from five dimensions: organization,policy,talent,capital,land/sea use.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)To construct a theoretical analysis framework for the synergistic development of regional tourism complex system,systematically analyze the connotation,characteristics and constituent elements of the synergistic development of regional tourism complex system,in-depth analysis the internal logical relationship between the components,the dynamic interaction of industry chain expanding innovation chain,innovation chain promoting industry chain,innovation chain promoting value chain,innovation chain enhancing value chain,value chain reconstructing innovation chain,value chain optimizing industry chain,and industry chain merging value chain is proposed.This paper expounds the initial motive force,influence factors,conduction path,development form and stage of the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism.(2)Based on the theoretical basis,the evaluation system is established to measure the level of the synergistic development of composite system of regional tourism,and the modern measurement method is used to effectively measure the level of the synergistic development of composite system in Lingnan and Beibu Gulf region.The objective law and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the synergistic development of complex systems and subsystems are revealed from three dimensions:Lingnan-Beibu Gulf region,provincial level and urban agglomeration level.(3)Using PVAR model,VAR model to systematically analyse the interactive relationship of complex and subsystems system,between subsystem of tourism in Lingnan-Beibu Gulf,to provides an objective basis for regional integration development,policy formulation,resource allocation,industrial transformation and upgrading in practice,to lay a solid objective foundation for targeting path selection and support system analysis.
