Research On Stable Poverty Alleviation Of Population Out Of Poverty Of The Directly-entering Socialism Ethnic Groups In China

Poverty is the enemy of human development.As a missing phenomenon in terms of material,opportunity and ability,there are obvious regional differences and ethnic differences in human poverty.Minority areas in China's ethnic areas,especially in remote mountainous areas and underdeveloped areas,are often the key areas where poverty occurs and are also difficult areas for poverty management.Therefore,the problem of poverty alleviation of poverty among ethnic minorities in China is not only an economic issue,but also a very important political and social issue.In 2018,China's Dulong people across the Zhiguo Minzu(the Directly-entering Socialism Ethnic Groups in China)realized the whole family's poverty alleviation.This is the first people to escape from absolute poverty in the history of the Zhiguo Minzu.Of course,the statistical disappearance of the poor does not mean the end of poverty.For those who have just crossed the poverty line and live in poverty-stricken areas such as ethnic minority areas and remote mountainous areas,they are most likely to face the risk of returning to poverty.Therefore,how to make China's poverty-stricken population,especially the people out of poverty,stay away from poverty,achieve stability and get rid of poverty,and achieve a comprehensive well-off society with the people of the whole country has become an important issue that needs to be solved in the new era.Based on the interdisciplinary related theories such as demography,sociology,economics and management,the thesis uses the theory of sustainable livelihood,the theory of feasible ability,the theory of human poverty and the theory of social empowerment to construct the variables indicators,principle models and mechanism models of China's poverty alleviation.This paper uses the full sample data of the Dulong from 2014 to 2018 to empirically study the level of China's Zhiguo Minzu's poverty alleviation population and its key impact factors,and further use the qualitative research method and micro-metric analysis to test the identity of China.The model and mechanism of poverty alleviation for poverty alleviation,seeks the path optimization and development strategy of China's poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,and constructs a holistic framework from theory to fact to strategy in order to stabilize poverty alleviation.A new method and perspective explores the solution to the problem of China's poverty alleviation from poverty alleviation.The research of the thesis is carried out in the following nine aspects.The first chapter,the introduction,mainly includes the research background,research purposes and research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,research framework,research content,research methods,innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second chapter interprets the core concepts of Zhiguo Minzu,poverty-stricken population and stabilizing poverty,perfecting and constructing the basic theoretical system of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,and constructing the principle model and mechanism model of China's poverty alleviation.In Chapter 3,it sorts out and summarizes China's history of Zhiguo Minzu's development and the process of population poverty management.In the investigation of the development and evolution process,it refines the ethnic characteristics of China's Zhiguo Minzu in poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter analyzes the Dulong as a full sample.China's Zhiguo Minzu poverty alleviation population,and compares the development of poverty alleviation and poverty.The fifth chapter is to build a stable poverty alleviation index model for poverty alleviation.Carry out calculations and decompositions.In Chapter 6,the empirical analysis and robustness test of the influencing factors of poverty alleviation.In Chapter 7,using qualitative research methods to further study the problem of China's poverty alleviation,interactively examining and exploring China's poverty alleviation Modes and mechanisms.In eighth chapter,it explores the strategies,paths and strategies of China's poverty alleviation from poverty-stricken population,and proposes that internal capabilities and social capital are necessary and sufficient conditions for China's poverty-stricken population to get rid of poverty.Remarks,including research conclusions and outlook are included in ninth chapter.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: First,research perspective innovation,from the five dimensions of natural capital,economic capital,human capital,social capital and physical capital to develop a stable poverty alleviation measurement system,from demography to sociology and to economics perspective to study the formation mechanism,incentive mechanism and internal logic of multi-dimensional poverty alleviation,promote the cross-integration of different disciplines and subject knowledge.Second,the theoretical framework innovation,build the principle of China's poverty alleviation.The principle model and mechanism model,improve and develop the stable poverty alleviation index system for poverty alleviation,and propose the stable path of poverty alleviation from poverty-stricken investment policy framework to endogenous energy-enhancing and social empowerment structure.Third,practice application innovation.Construct a holistic framework of practice from theory to fact to strategy.Fourth,research method innovation,through the micro-metric analysis,qualitative research,etc.to enhance the diversity and complementarity of research methods.There are also some shortcomings in the thesis.In the future research,on the one hand,we should consider using questionnaires and follow-up surveys to supplement and improve the micro-data of China's poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.On the other hand,in the qualitative research,we should pay more attention to the skills of interpersonal relationship with the research objects whom we should have an empathy understanding with.
