In the era of knowledge economy,the nature of national competitive advantage is innovation.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the?13th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China? point out that China's ?innovation capability is not strong? and ?the performance of firms declines?.It must ?place innovation at the heart of the country's overall development?,?implement innovation-driven development strategy?,and in particular ?pay more attention to radical innovation?to achieve successful catching up.Technology management capability is an important impact factor of radical technological innovation behavior.However,at present,there is still lack of clear understanding of how technology management capability affects radical technological innovation behavior.This leads to many fir ms ignore the impact of technology management capability on radical technological innovation behavior,which further affects the success of radical technological innovation.Therefore,how to stimulate radical technological innovation behavior through technology manage ment capability has become an important research question that needs to be solved in theory and practice.This dissertation explores the transmission mechanism of technology management capability on radical technological innovation behavior.This dissertation first defines the connotations of technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior.Then,this dissertation identifies the kinds of radical technological innovation behavior.Based on the Lewin's behavior model,this dissertation analyzes the Lewin's behavior of radical technological innovation,and determines the impact path of impact factors.Based on the knowledge base of technology management,this dissertation identifies the transition factors and contingent factors of the impact of technology management capability on radical technological innovation behavior.Based on the impact path and transition factors and contingent factors,this dissertation constructs the research model of the transmission mechanis m of technology management capability on radical technological innovation behavior.Based on the research model,this dissertation identifies the transition factors,and regards technolo gical capability,aggressive entrepreneurship and innovation intention as mediating variables in the relationship between technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior.Through empirical analys is,the results show that technological capability mediates the relationship between technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior;aggressive entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior;innovation intention mediates the relationship between technolo gy management capability and radical technological innovation behavior.This dissertation then constructs the path model of technology management capability on radical technological innovation behavior.Furthermore,according to the research model,this dissertation identifies the contingent factors of the relationship between technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior,and then puts forward hypotheses.Through empirical analys is,the results show that technology turbulence positively moderates the relationship between technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior;market turbulence positively moderates the relationship between technology management capability and radical innovation technological behavior;competit ive hostility strengthens the moderating effects of technology turbulence and market turbulence.This dissertation then constructs the contingency model of technology management capability on radical technological innovation behavior.Combing the previous results,this dissertation applies system dynamics methods to analyze the internal relationship of the linkage between technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior.This dissertation constructs the mult iple feedback loops,and further creates the system flow diagram.Using Vensim PLE,this dissertation runs the simulation model,and changes the value of key variables to explore the relationship between technology management capability and radical technological innovation behavior.Thus,the threshold of technology management capability is found.Finally,using Harbin Electric Group as a case,this dissertation analyzes its radical technological innovation behavior,and the impact of technology management capability on radical technological innovation behavior.This dissertation proposes suggestions for improving technology management capability to promote radical technological innovation behavior from five aspects,including improving technology management capability,improving technological capability,fostering innovation intention,fostering aggressive entrepreneur spirit and responding the changes of external environment.
